Upon booking a separate association application will be required to be completed accompanied by an additional application fee of 100$ per person or $150/married couple,(not included in your booking total), picture ID and vehicle registration.

The application fee is for one married couple and may have additional fees for non-married couples/people.

Please give the condo association up to 21 days prior to your stay for approval.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
