Additional perks of this tropical gem include a ping-pong table in the sunroom, a pristine chef’s kitchen, a gas grill and alfresco dining, as well as provided kayaks. Spend sun-kissed days splashing in your private pool on the screened lanai. Bring a boat (or rent one nearby) and tie up at your private dock. Head mere minutes to the Yacht Club, offering a beach, pools, fishing, tennis, and dining.

A big sectional and a rocker set the scene for relaxation in the open and contemporary living area. At night, settle in and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. A ping-pong table in the sunroom provides hours of group fun. The chef in your group will love the stunning kitchen, equipped with sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, gather at the island bar with counter seating.

This vacation rental accommodates eight guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, desk, lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a full-size sofa bed.

Sip morning coffee in the rocker on the dock, then take one of the provided kayaks out for a peaceful paddle along the canal. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool on the screened lanai. Choose sun or shade in one of the loungers. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Dine alfresco at the table on the covered lanai overlooking the water. Bring a boat to explore the canals, river, or Gulf beyond. Then tie up with ease at your private dock (for boats up to 25’ in length). The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Head just down the street to Yacht Club Community Park, offering a beach, marina, fishing pier, playground, indoor/outdoor pools, and dining. Tennis is available for a fee. Venture to Cape Harbour for upscale restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. Or, explore the culture and cuisine of downtown Cape Coral.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
