Enjoy the private, heated pool and spa, complete with canal and river views, from this spectacular Cape Coral home! This four-bedroom getaway features an open and airy floorplan with a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and built-in desk, indoor and outdoor dining tables for meals or rainy day games, and a comfortably-furnished living area - perfect for enjoying movies together after days swimming in the pool, exploring the city, or fishing from the dock. For sleeping arrangements, the first main bedroom is just to the left as you walk through the living room from the front door. This charming room features private access out to the lanai and an en suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are clustered together in one section of the home beyond the kitchen. The first guest bedroom also features private patio access, while the third and fourth guest rooms are connected via a shared bath.

* Please note that seasonal pool heat costs $32/day plus tax. Three-day minimum. Must be notified 72 hours in advance as it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Pool heat is only available between October 1st and May 1st.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Boat lift is not for guest use. Guest can stand, sit, or fish on dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
