Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt auf einem gepflegtem Grundstück, bietete ein großzügiges Raumgefühl und ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll möbliert. Das Lanai hat schöne Schattenplätze, ist gut und praktisch möbliert und bietet einen schönen großen Pool, in dem man gut schwimmen kann. Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus schönen Häusern und Villen. Viele Restaurants und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man nur wenige Meilen entfernt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen super Urlaub.

Very nice property, just lacking amenities.

The house was spotless, plenty of bath towels, but only two pool towels. They had no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels but even a noodle, so if you want to go to the beach you will need to buy your own chairs and accessories. They had no family games, or entertainment besides the TV, not even a deck of cards. Other than that the house was adequate. Oh and don't plan on doing anything the morning after you arrive since management works on their own schedule to get you checked in. You can't get in to the house till after 4pm and they don't get to you till after 10am to check you in.

Absolutes Traumhaus

Schon beim betreten des Hauses waren wir sehr beeindruckt und uns sicher die richtige Wahl getroffen zu haben. Es ist groß und sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung wurde geschmackvoll gewählt. Alles war richtig schön sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und groß. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird. Der Kühlschrank war mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Getränken bestückt.Sehr gemocht haben wir die riesige Dusche, traumhaft. Der Außenbreich ist mit Pool, Sitzen, Liegen und Tischen ausgestattet. Handtücher sind sowohl für innen als auch den Poolbereich ausreichend vorhanden.Die Waschmaschine, der Wäschetrockner und die Geschrirrspülmaschine haben unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht.Den Grill haben wir mehrmals benutzt. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage in Cape Coral ist Zentral zu vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

We had a great time in a beautiful house with a great location!

We were very impressed with the quality of the house and furnishings. We met the owner and he was very friendly as well. The neighborhood was quite but close to so many things! Would definitely recommend this house look forward to returning!

Beautiful home, cold pool

Spent five days in this beautiful home and enjoyed everything except the pool which was too cold to enjoy. This was disappointing since we booked the house for the pool. Feels like we didn’t get our moneys worth for the price.

Relaxing Comfort

House and pool was exactly what we were looking for and this place did not disappoint. Worked with the lovely property manager on a couple of issues but they were resolved quickly. They even provided us with condiments, spices, ziplock bags which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this vacation property!
