This WEST-facing home provides BREATHTAKING SUNSETS and spectacular water views from almost every room. The sun goes down directly over 200-foot wide intersecting canals just off the lanai. A typical canal in Cape Coral is only 80 feet wide so this is truly a dream location!

Completely remodeled, this charming, sunlit home has everything you will need for a fun-filled vacation! This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. Start your day with coffee on the spacious lanai, watching the calm water glowing in the morning sun, or reading a book in the comfortable patio seating.

Continue your day relaxing poolside, sunbathing, and swimming in the heated saltwater pool. Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and beyond! Don’t miss walking or biking in this lovely, safe neighborhood.

At day's end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling fresh SW Florida seafood on the propane grill.

While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture out of the neighborhood, you are close to beaches, a waterpark, shopping, and restaurants. The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is a must. For baseball fans, the winter training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 minutes away. The Disney parks are about 3 hours away.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms. The home will easily accommodate families, couples, or singles traveling together. A big bonus is the home office set up with a large desk area for those working or studying remotely.

This location was great. Very clean and everything is excellent condition. Pool area was very nice along with awesome view esp at Sunset. Hot tub was a little bit complicated to use in the late evening but overall great house experience. Only one suggestion would be to update house owner’s manual book to share latest configuration to provide heat to the hot tub. Thank you!

Overall a great vacation and a great place to stay. Dislikes- Bed for us was hard our backs hurt but others might like it, drove about an hour away for a few things for family friendly activities, and the hot tub never got hot; bath water warm at most. Likes- nice home, great location on the water, had everything we needed and then some.

The place was very clean. What you see in the pictures is as accurate. Beds were comfortable. Communication with property manager had quick responses. We had an issue with a beeping smoked detector and it was fixed right away. I liked that they had fishing poles and chairs for the beach and sand toys for the kids. Pool items to float on. It’s also nice they provided essential for the kitchen and bathroom. Only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t warm at all and pool was chilly but once you got in you were good. 3 roaches found in master bathroom shower. Would I stay & recommend this place absolutely

Overall a fantastic house!! Had everything we needed. Pool was amazing. Couches were really comfy. Well stocked. Only a few minor complaints…wish the pool towels were bigger (really tiny, thin, and not absorbent), the entire pool area and sun room had a lot of cobwebs / bugs (someone needs to knock them down prior to guests staying), women’s bike was broken needs repaired (inoperable), smoke alarm started beeping (low battery). The house itself was very clean and well kept. Really no complaints at all and would absolutely stay here again. Great location close to everything in a nice neighborhood. Gorgeous views. Easy check-in / check-out. Highly recommend! Sun starts to hit the pool area around 10:00 AM - sunset. So it is full sun majority of the day.

First thing is location. You are five minutes from the river. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking. Second the house was spotless. The outdoor space had plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. While this is a very large canal there was very little boat traffic making it a very quiet and relaxing stay. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The master bathroom has an incredible amount of storage. We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay. This property is exactly what you see in the pictures.

Amazing home great Location.

Home has so much to offer. Heated pool with hot tub attached. Over looking canals with picture perfect sunset every night. Spacious house for family. Location was perfect for trips to beach, shopping and dinners by the water. Spent every morning going for a run between the canals. Looking forward to coming back next year. Perfect home for a family getaway.

Winter Escape

House was the perfect home away from home for us to escape the snowy cold of western NY! The pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax after a day exploring. Neighborhood is excellent for a morning walk or bike ride before the day gets going. Lots of great restaurants within few minutes drive from this location. Would rent again.

Family Holiday

Great spot. Lots of room and cabinets. Great kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes. Nice to have washer/dryer with detergent as well. Very quiet area. Beautiful pool but hot tub was a little tempermental.

Beautiful vacation home

We were in Cape Coral for a week-long baseball tournament. This home was the perfect choice for my family! Upon walking in, you're greeted with amazing water views. The home was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots/pans, plates, chef utensils, Keurig, etc), and the pool was ready for use. The neighborhood was quite and neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the evening, watching sunsets from the pool area/ lanai, and watching neighbors ride by on their boats. We texted the maintenance person once and he called within 30 minutes to resolve our question. I would definitely book this rental again in the future.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place

We loved our stay, the house was everything mentioned in the listing, it’s big, very clean and very well equipped. It is also in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the pool or take a stroll around the house. The pool & Jacuzzi did not disappoint at all, beautiful sight watching the sunset! The house is also very close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Fort Myers downtown & Fort Myers Beach/Lovers Key Island. We did not want to leave this little place of heaven.
