One of the best perks of staying here is that pool heating is included with your stay at no additional cost — something many vacation homes in the Cape Coral area charge extra for. The pool/spa is heated to approximately 86°. The spa`s waterfall feature, although lovely, means it won’t heat the same as a standing water hot tub. Please note that water temperatures may naturally fluctuate depending on outdoor weather conditions, and specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor grill, making it easy to prepare poolside meals and enjoy casual outdoor dining during your stay.

The home features a split-bedroom layout that offers additional privacy for guests traveling together. Each bedroom provides comfortable sleeping arrangements and ample storage, making the home ideal for families, couples, remote workers, and seasonal visitors.

Pool maintenance/cleaning will be around every Friday.

Property Maintenance Notice

To ensure the home and outdoor spaces remain in top condition for your stay, routine maintenance services are performed on a regular basis. This includes pool service, landscaping, and outdoor pest control.

Pool maintenance is typically scheduled for Fridays. Lawn care and exterior pest control services occur periodically, though specific days may vary.

Please note that service providers may access the exterior areas of the property during your stay without prior notice. These visits are brief and are part of maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests
