Can you imagine sitting on the terrace and all you hear is - nothing. Just silence and the occasional chirping of birds. This is balm for the stressed nerves. No car traffic - No siren from the police or fire department. Here, your children can still play undisturbed in the street. Go for a morning jogging at Prairie Pines Preserve - 5 miles - 10 minutes from the house - one of the" walking trails" is a half-mile loop.

In approx. 8–10 minutes by car you are back in the vibrant life at Pine Island Road with all needs for daily life (like Walmart, Publix, Target, Aldi, BJ and much more) as well as restaurants for every taste

For the nature lover, there are 4 kayaks available to explore the surrounding waterways and enjoy nature.

Experience spectacular sunsets on your terrace. The terrace is certainly the place where you will spend the most time during your vacation. Here are four sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe after a refreshing swim in the salt water pool. On the covered part there is a table and six chairs. Here you can enjoy a cool drink and let the eventful day come to an end. A gas grill on which you can grill delicious steaks or hamburgers complete the terrace.

Now let's go inside the house. As soon as you enter Villa Phoenix, the view falls through large sliding glass doors across the pool area to the water and the pristine green nature.
The living room is furnished with a high quality white leather sofa, comfortable armchairs, very tasteful decorations and an 85-inch Smart TV. White chairs surround the glass table in the dining area.
The large open kitchen has all the technical equipment that should not be missing in a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc.). At the kitchen counter with bar chairs, you can also have a quick breakfast.

Master suite with king-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV. Large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area and offer magnificent, mesmerizing views across the canal to the nature preserve. Separate walk-in closet. The integrated bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate WC, vanity with 2 sinks, vanity mirror, hairdryer.

***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
