Welcome to Bonita Crossita! Leave your stress behind and come enjoy this beautiful 3 BR 2 bath western facing large covered heated pool home located in a sought-after quiet subdivision in SW Cape Coral. Enjoy your favorite meal using the propane gas grill while sitting outside by the pool looking down the beautiful canal. Walk down to your own tiki hut located on the water and sip your favorite beverage while the sun drops. Go for a relaxing kayak ride in the canal.

This well maintained home is located in a preferred SW Cape Coral neighborhood and sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. The 3 bedroom(2BR's with king size beds and face the water; 3rd BR with queen size bed and bunk beds) 2 full bathrooms home is fully stocked with everything you will need so you can relax and enjoy your escape. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the large screened and covered lanai that features an oversized private, heated, western facing pool (33ft x 14ft) along with a propane grill. There are plenty of lounge chairs to lay out on and get some sun as well as plenty of seating to dine outdoors or just relax and take it all in. If that's not enough, walk down to your own tiki hut located on the water and take in the beautiful views while enjoying your favorite cocktail. Or take a complimentary kayak out on the canal directly from your own private dock. There are also bikes you can use.

This house is conveniently located just a few short minutes from grocery stores and is 5 minutes to downtown Cape Coral which has many great restaurants and bars. Nearby downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva are easily accessible by car or boat. You will have fast easy sailboat/boat Gulf access with no bridges or locks to contend with. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent one and tie up to the dock. Also, while on the dock drop a line in the water and catch some of the many great fish in the area - sheepshead, snook, snapper, redfish, etc.

In addition to all the great golf courses located close by, Sun Splash Water Park, Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, Rotary Park and Tarpon Point are close as well.

Home away from home!

House was clean and offered plenty of amenities. Lovely screened in pool area with plenty of seating, pool toys and floats, Tiki hut located by the dock provided additional seating. There was also a sitting area, with more chairs, a short distance from pool cage. There were beach items available also. Inside the beds were comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen offered numerous appliances and dinnerware. Large dining table provided ample space for eating. Quiet cul-de-sac minimized traffic noise. Truly enjoyed our stay. Hosts provided an ideal vacation!

Best VRBO ever!

This is, without a doubt, our favorite VRBO that we’ve ever rented. It was clean, cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The screened in pool with dining table, TV, fridge, outdoor bed, and pool toys were amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes too. And the chairs, toys, cooler, towels, and blankets available to use at the beach were greatly appreciated! This is an exceptional property! Absolutely loved it!

Perfect month

We spent six weeks here and do not have a negative comment to share! The home was in pristine condition, it was equipped with just about everything you could think of, and Kevin was stellar in communicating. All in all, we were sad when we had to leave (!) but plan on returning again!!

Perfect vacation

We are coming to Cape Coral for several years now and rented various houses already. Even we had some bigger, more modern and more luxurious homes, it was the first time that we found such a well equipped home with a very nice garden, waterfront area incl. cosy Tiki hut, bikes, kayaks, kitchen supplies, etc. You can feel that this property is not just a clinical rental home, but it is also used by the owner Kevin and his family and very well maintained. Kevin is a perfect host, very communicative and helpful. We cannot recommend this place enough for a perfect vacation in Cape Coral and quite sure we will come back again.

Perfect relaxation

We had a fantastic time staying here. Everything you could ever need and more was available in the Villa. The pool area, boating dock and Tiki hut provided lovely places to chill and we will definitely be back.

Excellent home with plenty of everything for families. Everything described was provided and in working condition. The house is simply amazing and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was great and they are very accommodating. The home is hard to leave but look forward to returning. One of the best homes we have stayed at through VRBO.

Wonderful place!

The villa is absolutely wonderful! Nicely decorated, clean, fully equipped, with lots of space. It is located in the quiet area and the supermarket is nearby. Especially important for us was a really big swimming pool, our kids loved it! We also enjoyed drinking a coffee at the tiki hut. There is a plenty of toys in the swimming pool, bikes and kajak are available. My husband enjoyed fishing, the fishing stuff is available as well. The villa is surrounded by very well maintained garden and beautiful palm trees. The contact with the owner is super! He is a very helpful person. I would recommend this villa for everyone and I hope to come back here again!
