Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly updated 3 bed 2 bath, sleeps 11 occupants, home featuring 2 king beds. Complete with a REJUVENATING heated pool, MINI GOLF course, large outdoor entertainment space, ARCADE games, OUTDOOR POOL table, foosball, and washer/dryer units. This home is conveniently located near all of Cape Coral's finest restaurants, golf courses and is just a short drive to Florida's most spectacular beaches! $25/night pool heater fee. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Outdoor Quiet Hours is 10pm.Outdoor noise must be to minimal after 10pm and if violated, renter may be asked to leave without refund!

There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Lots of awesome bar and grills, waterfront dining, live music options only minutes away making this one of the best spots in the SW cape!

Florida’s AMAZING BEACHES only 15+ miles away! Easy drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Matlacha & Pine Island and so many others!!

Located 20 miles away from Fort Myers airport and 29 miles away from Punta Gorda airport.

The property is located on a quiet, peaceful street corner. There is a ring camera installed at the front door along with an exterior camera facing the pool in the back. Cameras are for security and safety and are only monitored when the home is vacant.

This is a LUXURY home that is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation! The pool faces the south and gets sun all day long. We have retractable screens installed on the lanai so you can have extra privacy and sit outside bug free.

The three rooms are situated with a King bed in the master with a private bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed as well. Both the king rooms are poolside! The third room has a queen bed, full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and an additional full size bed.

Unique features include arcade games, fire pit, grill, outdoor pool table, and mini golf!

Book now as spots are filling up quickly and won’t last long!

Truly enjoyed our stay at the Cape Coral Riviera. Our family of 6 with two couples and 2 kids had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the multiple grills were fantastic and the plethora of seating options outside and inside were very nice. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the mini golf, the arcade games during rainy times and the adults enjoyed the lighted pergola after dark when the kids were asleep. It was in a great location close to Publix and I’d highly recommend lobster lady for a seafood market that’s walkable. There were a few minor maintenance items we alerted the owners to and they were quickly receptive and communicative with us. I’d recommend and would stay again.

Host was very helpful with any concerns I had throughout my stay and very easy to communicate with. The house was spotless, organized, and had everything we needed. It’s perfect for couples or families with kids/toddlers since it’s stocked with essentials and very spacious. Highly recommend staying here—we felt very comfortable and at home!

Amazing time so kids friendly

My kids absolutely loved being in this house. I couldn’t have picked a better place very convenient and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Brittany is a wonderful host very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us! We can’t wait to go back.

Family Escape the Cold Trip

The home was perfect for our family. Of course the kids loved the game room and had some spirited putting competitions. The pool and pergola provided a relaxing setting during the day and evening. It was nice having a grill to enjoy a few family dinners. The home was equipped with everything you needed in the kitchen. It was great having use of a washer/dryer too. The hosts were great to work with too. This is definitely a home I would recommend to family and friends.

Great Place

This is a great property, in a great location. The neighborhood is very safe, and walking distance to Publix, and Cape Harbor. It’s an easy drive to the beach as well. The pool is great, definitely worth paying extra to heat it.

Amazing home for a relaxing vacation for you and your family

This was an awesome home for our vacation! Very clean and maintained overall. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool and really enjoyed the backyard space during our stay at the home. It was really nice with young kids to be able to see everything in the backyard while in the living space; it very much felt like a big open space for you to create great memories with your kids. High recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time in Florida!

Two Family Trip

The property was perfect for our group of 11. The kids loved the game room, pool, mini-golf and their bunk room. Everything that we needed for the trip that we didn't pack was found in the house and so many other things that came in handy for our trips to the beach. The owner was very responsive with any questions/requests that we sent through as well. If we were to make a return trip to the area we would certainly look at this property again.

What a Gem!

This home simply has it all! Two families with 3 girls each (yep, 6 gals shared one room!) had a very relaxing spring break. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchen item one would need. The house was clean and well maintained. It was decorated beautifully! You can tell lots of thought has gone into furnishing this home. We didn’t once say “I wish we had…” because it was already thought of and in the home! The backyard is beautiful! There is SO much to do! A heated pool that lit up at night, mini golf, and lots of places to lounge and read were just a few of our favorite things about the backyard. It was spacious enough to spread out and yet still all be together. When our younger girls needed a break from the sun we would always find them playing arcade games in the garage. Brittany was the best host and responded to any question we had efficiently. She had a book in the home with beach and restaurant suggestions. The book also answered potential questions one may have about the home during their stay. Something to keep in mind is that the beach is an hour away. We went to Ft Myers Beach one day and then Lighthouse beach on Sanibel Island another. It was a bit farther away than we had expected. But then again we were there during spring break! Other than that, this place was perfect! We didn’t feel the need to go to the beach more than twice during our stay. Be like us and rent this home for a week!

Great Getaway

The property was very clean and spacious! The property owner was very friendly and communicated in a timely manner. We loved using the pool, mini golf and pool table right on the property. It was perfect for our group of 7! Would definitely recommend for other vacationers and would return here again for future vacations!

Great getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home over spring break. It was one of the best trips we have had and yeah it’s gorgeous. Property had a lot to do with it. Everything was very clean and there was so much to do just at the house itself. Having beach equipment is the icing on the cake especially if you are flying would definitely stay here again and hope to.

Wow!

This place was everything we hoped and more! They have done an amazing job with making this house so accommodating for EVERYONE! Traveling with three kids under the age of 5 was effortless here and we really didn’t need to leave for much because there is so much to entertain the kids! The rooms are so well thought out and beautifully decorated! The owner was so quick to help with any issues! I can’t wait to come back to this place!

Perfect, restful getaway

This property more than met our expectations. Clean, comfortable, up to date and great for families with children. Everything we needed was supplied, including generous patio seating, pool toys for the kids, towels, beach equipment, and plenty of space for adults to relax and kids to play. The owners put a lot of thought and care into providing a welcoming place to stay.
