The single-level modern home features neutral colors that blend into the tropical surroundings. A cozy covered patio hosts the glass-paneled French door entrance. Make yourself at home, then step out into your outdoor oasis. The fully screened-in area features a pool with partial zero-edge, a sun deck, and spillover spa. There are several chaise lounges surrounding the pool where you can relax. Under the covered patio you'll find a spacious area with outdoor living furnishings that seat everyone around a gas fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is an outdoor kitchen featuring built-in stainless steel BBQ grill, sink, and even a dishwasher! Enjoy the meal at the outdoor dining set that seats eight. Beyond the screened-in area is the water and your private dock. The dock hosts a tiki hut with outdoor seating, there are chaise lounges and Adirondack-style chairs so you can enjoy the sun. A boat lift stores your boat for easy access to get you out on the water in no time!

Interior Amenities

Inside you'll find an open living, kitchen, and dining space with wood floors throughout. The living space hosts comfortable couches where you can gather to spend time with loved ones or watch a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.
