Located on a quiet cul-de-sac at a canal intersection, Villa Love Bird offers a comfortable setting for a Florida vacation. Two inviting living areas provide room for spending time together or enjoying a relaxing movie night. The fully equipped open kitchen connects to the dining area, with direct access to the terrace.

Large windows, light-colored tile floors and welcoming furnishings create a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

Pool, Spa & Outdoor Living

The northwest-facing terrace is protected by a screened enclosure and offers several inviting spaces:

- Electrically heatable pool and separate spa, which can also be electrically heated
- Comfortable lounge with four armchairs and a fire table
- Outdoor dining table with seating for six
- BBQ area and outdoor TV
- Two sun loungers on the canal-side terrace

The beautifully maintained garden features lemon, avocado, banana and mango trees, adding a tropical touch to the property.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa accommodates up to six guests:

- Master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access
- Second bedroom with queen-size bed
- Third bedroom with two full-size beds
- Second full bathroom with shower, toilet and direct access to the terrace and pool area

Boating & Waterfront Location

The private boat dock with lift provides convenient access to the canal for a separately rented boat. The waterways connect to the Caloosahatchee River and onward to the Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America).

Additional Amenities

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and terrace, three Smart TVs, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in the climate-controlled garage make your stay comfortable.

Dogs, cats and other pets are welcome with prior approval. The number, size and type of pets must be agreed upon in advance.

Important Information:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in front of the garage, and one exterior camera at the rear of the house facing the garden are installed. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
