Villa Carpe Diem - large infinity pool, great boating location, tiki & kayaks

The name of the south-east facing luxury villa stands for an atmosphere of pure recreation and enjoyment of life. The 42 ft infinity pool with separate spa area makes this villa the perfect choice for swimmers and water-lovers.

The fabulous villa has a separate boat lift and a captain's walk as well as its own tiki hut to relax and enjoy the sun. Ideal for boaters due to the quick and easy access to the open water.
There are two separate sleeping areas on either side of the villa which is perfect for families with children. The villa has 3 master suites and 1 junior suite. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with double sink and separate toilet and the bathrooms of the two master bedrooms on each side of the villa are also equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. Both master bedrooms have direct access to the lanai and pool area.

Do your daily business in the separate home office without disturbing your family. There is free high-speed wifi throughout the house. The spacious living room is open and has a modern kitchen with counter and bar stools and is also equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).

Next to it you find a large dining and living area featuring a large flat-screen TV with Apple TV and stereo sound system. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. Your guests have their own bathroom which is accessible from the living room and the pool area.
The gorgeous pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The covered lanai area has a spacious dining area with BBQ (gas grill) and a cozy chill-out zone. All rooms are full of light and equipped with contemporary furniture and decoration. The floors are high-quality laminate and tiles creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Ideal for allergy sufferers!

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the house.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
