  • Views, views and more views from this freshwater pool home! Intersecting canal provides long-range water views from the primary bedroom, dining, kitchen and guest bedroom. Triple lot with 126 feet of frontage makes this a very private retreat, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and healthcare. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the primary, living, and family room. Access the screened lanai and heated pool through pocket, sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom, dining, family and guest bedroom. Makes for great indoor/outdoor living and the oversized lanai provides additional living space to enjoy the amazing views. Enjoy the 65 inch poolside tv and shuffleboard gaming table. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bath which serves as the pool bath. The kitchen has granite counters, appliances, breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the lanai. Enjoy fishing from our dock or taking out one of 2 kayaks or one of 4 paddleboards to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Coastal inspired colors and décor throughout the home. New ice cold AC system installed in July 2024. As of March 2024, we have installed a new beach themed rubberized pool deck surface from FLOCO Decking Systems. Great place to stay! We were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed the proximity to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Fort Myers is very close and has great restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and the view of the canals as well.

Lovely Winter Getaway

Lovely clean home with a beautiful water view and private pool and lounging area. Perfect get away for family or couple. Lots of amenities close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of April, it was a great experience. The house was beautiful and the pool was great, especially the rubber floor around the pool and lanai area. The house was large and fully equipped. The kayak’s and paddle boards were a bonus. The host was great and kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and gave us information on things to do and places to eat. Hope to come back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate. The view and pool were amazing. We hardly left the house because we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Relaxing Winter Getaway

The owner, Wayne, was so easy to communicate with and just a delightful person. The house was cozy and comfortable for our family. Loved the pool area and the view of the canals out back.Definitely rent this place for a nice vacation.

Would highly recommend!! Beautiful vacation home close to shopping, beaches, etc. my wife and we’re AMAZED with the scenic and beautiful sunrise straight out from pool patio. Shuffleboard and darts game were added bonuses for friendly competitions. Absolutely loved the pool, patio tv and all the amenities this property provides. Wayne (host) was excellent and very responsive to any questions! We will be back!!

It is a beautiful house with a pool and a very relaxing view of the water. Wayne was very responsive to all of our needs and they had some helpful information and restaurant suggestions in the book they created. Great property!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful and clean. Check-in/out was easy, and the host, Wayne, was so friendly and helpful! Use of the kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards was a huge bonus…we greatly enjoyed exploring the canals at sunset! We’ll definitely be booking this home again.

Excellent Property.

I would highly recommend this property. We travelled from England and stayed for two weeks. Everything was exactly as described, property exceptionally clean and fully equipped for all our needs. Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and shops.Wayne was quick to respond to any questions.We hope to return again in the future.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! Communication was fast, kind and helpful! The house was so roomy and had a very comfortable feel about it! We wished so much that could have stayed longer! The beds were comfortable and the house was just what we needed!!

Canal house

House was very clean and looked just like the pictures but only a couple small things like some mixing bowls in the kitchen and some more washcloths there were only four for the whole house. But really enjoyed the house and the pool was fantastic

Excellent home away from home! The house was very clean as was the pool. The pool deck was really cool! Rubberized beach look. Great neighborhood. Reviews and photos were accurate. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Family vacation

This property had everything we needed. The whole family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. A special surprise was the table shuffleboard. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and appliances. The view from the lanai couldn’t have been better.

Perfect for a family vacation

The house is nice and clean. My favorite was the cover in the pool area, never seen anything like this before :) the pool is clean and warm, the view from the pool - amazing. We were feeling while ducks there from the piers (not sure they were ducks, but big black birds). We rested well in this house, will definitely be back.

We LOVED the house! It was amazing. The lay out was perfect. Any issues I had Wayne was very quick to respond. I will definitely recommend this house to all my family and friends!
