VRCC Villa Boaters Paradise

This gorgeous holiday villa is located in the heart of the Yacht Club Area, one of the most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral.
on foot you can reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets or the pier. This holiday home is especially suitable for families with children. Free tennis courts and playgrounds are available at the foot of the yacht club.

For boat enthusiasts, this house is the perfect choice. Within 5 minutes you are on the river that leads you directly to the Gulf of Mexico and to the most beautiful beaches in the area. The house boat is optional for rent, which is highly recommended. It eliminates the annoying driving to the jetty or cumbersome mooring dock. You drive comfortably, from the only for the tenants of the house usable boat lift.

Our holiday villa is located on an extra large plot. Privacy was very important to us when choosing the house. The pool area is well protected by the intersection of the house from prying eyes.

The pool can be heated by a separate heater even in winter to pleasant temperatures well over 30 °. The whirlpool was renewed in the winter of 2017 with the most modern technology and offers massage jets now also the possibility in the winter months to quickly reach the desired temperature.

Our house can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In addition, there is a lockable study with a sofa bed for a further 2 persons.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. The living room offers a large LCD TV, Wi-Fi surround system and Apple TV (German television) sufficient entertainment possibilities.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with electric-individually-adjustable king size bed, you have another queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in third bedroom available.

The master bedroom has a spacious shower. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub / shower and all possibilities also for families with small children.

Also from the kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave you have the fantastic pool and canal view. All imaginable kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

From the living room, dining room and master bedroom there is direct access to the pool.

The lanai offers plenty of space for long barbecues by the pool. The grill is mobile, so even evenings directly on the boat dock would be possible. In addition to a TV at the pool deck, the Wi-Fi surround system is also available here to enjoy your own music at the pool comfortably and in very good quality.

Of course, there is free high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Using amplifiers, we were able to extend the Wifi-range even to our boat dock.
