Amazing Waterfront Home w/ Pool, Spa & Boat Lift

Welcome to the Coral Oasis! Come enjoy this canal-front pool and spa home for a relaxing and fun filled vacation in sunny SW Florida.

Open the 90 degree sliders from the open floor plan living area out to the covered lanai and pool. Hop into the heated (Dec to March) pool or soak in the spa under the stars. Bring your own boat, or rent one, and take the canal out to the open water of the Gulf for fishing, exploring the beaches, finding fun restaurants to dock and grab a bite to eat, watching dolphins and other sea life, and just enjoying the beautiful Florida outdoors. Dock it on the 10,000 lb boat hoist at the end of the day. Take out the kayaks and explore the canals or do a little fishing with the spincasting rod available. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered lanai or sit by the water on the paver patio and enjoy the view down one of the widest canals in Cape Coral. Those of you who need a little exercise to get your day started, how about a bike ride on one of the 2 bikes provided or a little poolside yoga with the supplied yoga mat.

Sands Park is 2 blocks away with 16.5-acres offering walking paths, a putting green, a playground, a burrowing owl habitat area, a butterfly plant garden, and sports courts for basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, and cornhole, covered pavilions with grills and picnic tables, and bathrooms.

If you have a furry family member (ie. one dog under 50lbs), he/she is welcome to join you. There is a $150 fee for your pet. Please let me know in advance if you will be bringing a dog. There are 2 medium sized bowls for your pet and a crate (for when you aren't with him/her at the house).

Southwest Florida has so much to offer, but this house will be all you need if your goal is to just kick back and relax.

For those with little ones, a safety pool fence can be put up to separate the pool from the lanai seating area. This allows you to open those 90 degree sliders and enjoy the outdoors without worrying about your toddler.

NO SMOKING in house, front or back lanai, pool area to keep our home 100% smoke free for all guests. OK to enjoy down on dock.
Dog must be crated when left alone in house to avoid damage from scratching or chewing. Damage/repairs will be charged to you if you do not crate.
Please do not run the A/C or heat when you have the sliders open. This is a huge waste of energy and makes temps throughout house very inconsistent

This place is stunning! The home is warm, comfortable and inviting from the moment we stepped inside. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are plenty of things to do in the area, including some extras on the property like bikes, kayaks, etc. to enjoy. There is a nice outdoor grill, pool floats, comfortable outdoor furniture, and the beds are great. This home has the best of everything. We highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you, Susan! You are a wonderful host. :)

We had a great time in Cape Coral. Susan was so friendly and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and communication was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked. The heated pool and spa were great and the pool finally was warm enough to swim in by the end of our vacation. The spa was awesome. Susan had other amenities like kayaks, bikes, and fishing gear for us to use. We enjoyed our time here, thanks for having us!

Outstanding - the best we have EVER stayed at!

We have stayed at many vbro properties, which were high quality, but this home far surpassed all of them! The decor is beautiful - it is clear that this is a home (that is used by the owner) with great taste! We couldn’t think of one thing they didn’t have. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything. So many great places to sit and things to do - the outdoor lanai, dock and front porch after walking were our favorites We had 2 other couples join us for one weekend - great space for all - everyone was very impressed. They supplied ample supplies as well - that others usually don’t - paper goods, shampoo/soap - so many touches! Great location and we enjoyed watching the flying fish. Communication was outstanding - Susan replied to us almost immediately when we had a question. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to have the opportunity to come back!

Sibling Reunion

Very spacious, lovely home that was located in a secure, well-maintained neighborhood. Pool water was too cool to use in March but we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The home supplies all you could need other than food - coffee supplies, some condiments and cooking items were available. Our host Susan was very responsive on questions.

Cape Coral Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and spacious Cape Coral home located on a beautiful canal in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to many wonderful restaurants. My husband and I loved spending twelve days in this paradise. Outdoors the gorgeous pool and hot tub were so relaxing while enjoying the views of the canal. Inside the rooms were all so comfortable and decorated so nicely. Our hostess provided so many amenities from luxury towels in all three bathrooms along with bikes and kayaks just to name a few. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful oasis.

Perfect family Christmas vacation spot

I hosted my family here for christmas this year and it was perfect! The location was great and the house was so big and beautiful - it even fit our family of 7! It was nice to have a screened in pool area but also have the open dock with a real fire pit and access to the canal for kayaking and fishing. The hosts were so accommodating and even put up christmas decorations prior to our arrival. They were also very prompt in responding to questions during our stay. Would definitely host my family here again!

Cape Coral Paradise

The house was spacious and beautiful…all the amenities you’ll need..patio/dock out back was awesome, we rented a boat for 2 of the days and had a spectacular time boating to Cabbage Key..my wife absolutely loved the ride thru the canals as you can view the back areas of all the homes… after long days away, we enjoyed hot spa and swimming in the pool…truly was Paridise in Cape Coral

Fantastic Home

The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful this home is. The location is great in Cape Coral with many great restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable and the hot tub and pool area are so relaxing. The chairs down by the dock are awesome for watching the boats pass in the channel or just grabbing some sunshine. The host is very accessible and responsive to questions. When I booked the home she asked what we were coming down for and I mentioned the beach and a few baseball games. When we arrived at the home she had a very nice note for us along with a baseball program for Spring Training along with a bag of peanuts and Cracker Jacks!! We will be back again for sure!!!

Lovely Home on the Lagoon

This house is beautiful and spacious with a lovely setting on the lagoon. It has many large areas inside and out to enjoy and relax. On the top of the list is the delightful heated pool.

Great Vacation!

This property was wonderful! Everything we needed was available! The dock was great…we rented a boat for the week, and it was fun traveling through the canals and out in the gulf. The outdoor area was so nice. The doors opened up all the way and it was a great addition to the space. The area down by the dock was a nice sitting area also. We had a great time!

Didn’t want to leave!!

This spacious SW Cape Coral home was absolutely amazing. The layout of the house comfortably fit a family of four along with my parents. The open concept provided stunning views of the canal as well as the pool. At night we would go down to the dock to sit and watch the boats go by or just have family time by the pool/spa that was lit up (as my daughter called them: disco lights!! Ha!). The owner of the home was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed for our stay, This included (but not limited to) clean linens, well thought out instructions for the home carefully placed in a binder on the table and a baby pool gate!! We were so impressed by the area that we did NOT want to leave. I may have shed an tear driving to the airport. The location of the home was very convenient. We were minutes away from Cape Harbor, as well as many other restaurants and shops. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful property

The house is immaculate, beds are comfortable, location is perfect. Susan is incredibly response and the perfect host. Our son and his family joined us during our first week and the pool fence was an added layer of security. We hope to visit this property again.

Did not disappoint!

We had an amazing week at this property. The online pictures are an accurate reflection of the property - the layout of the home is excellent for a small group gathering as everyone has privacy and personal bathrooms. The owners were very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in the Cape Coral area.

Amazing! Even better than the pictures!

This house was perfection. It was just what my husband, 3 teen boys and I needed. We are used to staying quite busy on our vacations but found ourselves just wanting to spend time at the house. My boys usually went in the front door and straight out the back door to fish and swim. We were even able to grill out their catches one night. I enjoyed meals on the dock under the festively lit pergola and breakfast in the outside living area by the pool. House was squeaky clean. Beds were comfy and each room has its own bathroom. Lots of personal touches. Tons of space to spread out. Kayaks and bikes were a hit too! Great, quiet neighborhood.
