Phase 2 of the project begins on January 12th through January 23rd. By January 23rd the jacuzzi spa jets will be working. Therefore, if booking within January 12th - January 23rd, pool and jacuzzi access will not be available for use to guest. The beautiful beach will NOT be affected during this renovation project.

We have stayed at Royal Mansions numerous times and this was the first time in this condo and we loved it. This condo was just as pictured and very clean with so many little extras that were provided. We loved the view and sitting on the balcony. The mattress was so comfortable on the bed that my husband wants one for home. Communication with the owner was excellent! Any message I sent was responded to quickly. We would definitely stay in this condo again and hope to do so in the future.

Our host, Arielle was welcoming and prompt to respond to questions. Excellent host and made sure we felt welcome to stay in the condo as our own. The condo was steps away from the private beach access. No wagon needed, it was so close! The second floor condo was easy to access and private. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and private gated community felt safe.

Loved the place

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Canaveral. Nice area very chill. The house was as described, very clean, stocked with about everything you could need. The walk the beach was literally 1 min. Tons od shells on the beach and big waves. Will visit the area again in the future.

Another Wonderful Stay On The Space Coast!

Our second time staying at this unit and both times were great. The hostess (Arielle) was very gracious with providing timely information, quick responses to any or our questions, and even provided us a gift for being a repeat visitor! The unit itself was wonderful. Very comfortable and very nicely stocked. Kitchen had everything you need and even had a coffee station that had coffee pods, tea, and hot chocolate. A view of the ocean from the veranda is great. Also, since the unit on the end it has two extra windows (one in the eating area and one in the bedroom) that the other units do not have. Plenty of light wihen the shades are open. We highly recommend this unit.

Great Location!

The property is perfect for beach and pool access, rocket launch viewing and close to good restaurants. There's a shower to rinse off after the beach. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances. The bathroom has also been updated and is clean and spacious. The brand new washer/dryer combo was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit with all the necessities. My spouse and teen daughter were all able to stay for a week comfortably. The only complaint was from my daughter that the sofa sleeper Mattress could have been a little thicker. Beach access was great, location was great. If tournaments bring us back, we’ll definitely considering staying here again.

Great stay by the ocean

We loved the condo. Everything we needed was there. Super handy to have a washer/dryer. Ocean view was superb. Clean. Comfortable. Gated community was nice for security. Please note this condo is on the second floor with no elevator. Had I known this info I would not have booked. It was very challenging for suitcases and coming and going with mobility issues. I went back and re-read the listing and didn't see any mention of 2nd floor and I couldn't tell from photos it was 2nd floor either. Otherwise this place was just perfect.

Wonderful Stay for a quick getaway.

This property was exactly how described on VRBO, it’s very homey, clean, quiet , safe and gated. You have everything you need plus more ( soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream) we didn’t use them because we bought our own but that touch is very nice, especially if you forgot to bring your own. Check in was super easy as well as check out, Arielle was very easy to communicate with, the iron wasn’t working and she replaced it ASAP. A day before your arrival you get a welcome guide with the codes for every gates through text. The ocean side view was beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of parking. I definitely recommend this condo and I hope to return again. Thanks Arielle for sharing your home with us!
