"Neptuno" is situated in a quiet location in an upscale residential area towards Sa Pedruscada, just under two kilometers from the town center of Cala Ratjada and represents a property with a very special flair; tall palm trees provide an impressive entreé. From the well-kept 1,200 sqm property it is only 500 meters walk directly to the sea or 800 meters to the fine sandy beach Son Moll. A great way to start the day sporty and jog directly at the water. Or you can use the early morning hours - while other vacationers are still in the hotel - for a walk to the beach. Behind the house you will find the large sun terrace with the 8x3 meter pool with a depth of 0.40m - 1.80m. In addition to the child-friendly pool with shallow entry, the terrace offers plenty of space to play and romp.Start your day with a jump in the pool and then enjoy your breakfast on the covered terrace or you spoil yourself with a desayuno in one of the inviting restaurants overlooking the sea on the promenade, which they reach from the house in a few minutes walk. Sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower are also available for you. You are also welcome to use the mobile outdoor grill, so you can prepare regional delicacies without having to leave the wonderful garden.



But also the 110sqm air-conditioned interior of the vacation home "Neptuno" leaves hardly anything to be desired. Freshly renovated and equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, you will feel completely at home. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining area, you always have a view of the terrace and garden and the rooms are also always wonderfully flooded with light. The cozy living and dining area invites you to linger with a comfortable leather sofa and a chic dining table with four chairs. The house has three attractively designed bedrooms for your restful sleep. From 2021 all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two of the beautiful rooms are furnished with a double bed á 140 x 200cm, one of which has a private bathroom en suite with shower. Another room is furnished with a bed of size 180 x 200cm. The latter two share a chic bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, and there is also a guest toilet.
