VILLA LUCIELLA (12 GUESTS) - LUCCA AREA

Located North of Lucca, Villa Luciella is a beautiful modern property, composed of two apartments with private pool. Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the walls of Lucca city, with its marvellous streets, shops, restaurants, culture and history. It is also possible to take a bus, found near the house that will take you into Lucca within an hour. At 150m from the house, you will find the nearest Osteria with tables and takeaway. There are more choices of shops and restaurants in the nearby town at only 1.5km distance from the villa. The owners live on the property; they are very discreet but are there to help should you need it; they do not use the pool and the garden and they have their own outdoor area at the back-side of the house but please note that, although they are gone during the days, the garden and pool can be overlooked when they are home. Dogs are welcome, but have their own kennel (12 square meters, 1.80 m high), on the property.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner has 3 dogs which are in a kennel at the back of the property.

The property itself offers a private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40 with internal steps and jacuzzi and outside shower; open until middle of September) and is divided into two apartments, as well as a summer kitchen. The house is attached to the owner’s house.

The main apartment (attached to the owner’s house) can accommodate 6+2 and is 90 square metres large. Inside, on the ground floor, e find the entrance onto a living room with kitchen area (stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster), dining table, a double sofa bed, smart TV, and air conditioning. The sleeping rooms consist of one double bedroom with access to the front of the house and air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. Stairs take us up to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. At the back of the house, there is a private outdoor area with table and chairs.

The second apartment is a little house located about 30 metres from the house, developing over 55 square metres and accommodating 4 people. Entrance is on the ground floor where we have a bright room with retractable roof, functioning as a living room with double sofa bed and summer kitchen (Stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table) area; all windows can be opened and have mosquito nets; the room is air conditioned. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with air conditioning and there is one bathroom with shower.

Outside, we have a large fully fenced garden with private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40) equipped with sun lounges and a covered gazebo area with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The villa offers an outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, sink and an external bathroom with toilet and sink.
