Villa Armonia is located in a quiet and panoramic position, surrounded by a large private park of about 15.000 square metres. The well-maintained garden covers around 2.000 square metres and features hedges, flowerbeds and plants that are characteristic of the Tuscan landscape, including olive trees and native woodland species.
A large shady pergola, furnished with tables and chairs, is the ideal space for outdoor lunches and social gatherings, or simply for enjoying the peace and quiet of the Lucca countryside.
About 25 metres from the house, in a quiet area of the garden, there is a private pool (8x18 m, depth from 1.50 to 2.40 m), with salt treatment. The area is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, a shaded gazebo and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The villa is completely fenced off, with access via an independent entrance and private road. The layout of the indoor and outdoor spaces guarantees guests privacy, comfort and a relaxing stay.
Villa Armonia is a charming residence located in the hills of Lucca. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, it offers refined, spacious surroundings in a lush green setting.
The careful renovation of an ancient farmhouse, the villa retains the authentic character of Tuscan tradition and is enriched by fine furnishings and elegant details.
Spread over three levels, it harmoniously combines historical and contemporary elements, such as terracotta and wooden floors, stone fireplaces and antique furnishings, with modern comforts that give warmth and personality to every room.

The ground floor consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden;
- a large living room with a fireplace and dining area, ideal for relaxing with friends;
- a study and a tavern with a wood-burning oven;
- a bathroom with shower and an additional bathroom.

The first floor, accessible either by a scenic internal stone staircase or by an external staircase, houses:
- a bright living room with access to the garden;
- a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower;
- two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

A portion of the first floor, which can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room on the ground floor, includes:
- a double bedroom and a sitting area;
- a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The second attic floor, which is accessible via a scenic stone staircase, includes:
- a living room with a fireplace;
- a kitchen and a dining area;
- a double bedroom;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with a shower.
The attic can also be accessed via an external staircase with independent access from the garden.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
