Villa dei Sorbi is a characteristic and welcoming three-story age-old farm house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps 31 people. From Villa dei Sorbi you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa dei Sorbi is 270 square meters (2900 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Capaccio, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and the closest beach (Paestum beach) at 8.3 km (roughly 5.2 miles). You will reach Villa dei Sorbi from the parking area going up a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Villa dei Sorbi you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to eight cars.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a route that includes approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 7.5 meters (25 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a metal roof and by trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches, as well as with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the sea at a distance.
Family room
The family room is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it through an external access and here you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). The furnishings include two sofas, two armchairs and a rocking chair. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The five dining tables can accommodate 27 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the garden through four French doors. The room also has three glass walls. The family room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Main Apartment, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa, an armchair and a desk. Here you will find a card table. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio and the garden. The room also has two windows.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
