The Space:
★" We loved our stay at Summer Solstice. The separate apartment made it especially good for two families sharing the space. The home was perfectly clean and well-amenitized. The pool just steps is a huge perk for kids to blow off steam."

★" The house was very spacious and very clean, Kelly was a great and responsive host and made sure our stay was going great. There is a lot to do in the area, only a 2 minute drive to the boat ramp, San Antonio is very close by too. Overall I would definitely stay here again!"

The neighborhood features a tranquil residential environment with easy access to outdoor activities at Canyon Lake. It's close to shopping and dining, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure.

Other Things to Note:
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.

• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Outdoor Grill: Charcoal grill. Please clean out the grill after every use.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.

• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkout. Please message us for more details.

Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.
LINENS/TOWELS:
Beds are made using fine bamboo/cotton blend sheets. Please use care when enjoying the linens and bedding at the property.
Bath towels are provided for guests: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per guest per stay (for two-night stays). Additional towels will be provided for longer stays.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Hostfully.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid for prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, grill, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no Airbnb refund will be made.

• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.

• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

• Just a quick reminder that lake views from the property may vary depending on the lake level.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will receive comprehensive communication, including directions, check-in instructions, a digital manual, and local recommendations. All communication before and during the stay should occur through Airbnb messaging.

Brought a big group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a room and enough beds. Everything was clean, and the kitchen well stocked. It's just a few blocks away from the lake.

Arrived at location at 12:30 AM. Three out of four of the locks did not work. The one that did work did not accept our code. I had to call to get it changed.The home was not in a condition ready for guests.- The blinds were broken and missing in every room. Including a large window without blinds.- My wife tripped on a dangerously rotted board in the walkway. It was fixed the next day.- The main lights in the basement/game room did not work and they could not fix it.- O curtain rod with curtains was broken away from the wall in the room over the garage.- There was not heat in the room over the garage (one of the four rooms advertised as having AC/Heat). It took two days to find a portable heater in a locked closet.- There was no king-size bed as stated in the description.- There was no office as stated in the description- The fire pit worked for one hour. They brought propane the next day.Were these things fixed? Yes (except for the garage/game room). Should they have been present before a house guest came? Yes.I had to speak with management about something every day.In the end, I was given a 154 credit. Hardley enough.I would not rent from this management company again based on how they keep their properties.PositiveThe yard/deck was phenomenal. The trees over there were beautiful and helped make for a cool and comfortable place to relax at all times of the day.The beds were so comfortable. And the sheets/comforter... WOW!Nicw open area to gather.

We really enjoyed staying at this house and it fit our needs great! Our activities for the weekend were all in New Braunfels and the drive wasn’t bad at all. 11 of us fit comfortably! The separate mother in law suite was also a big bonus. Would definitely recommend this listing for your travels to New Braunfels or Canyon Lake!

The overall stay was great. Communication with the host was easy. We had a few hiccups at first checkin but they got it fixed in a timely manner and the rest of our stay was great.
