Chestnut Mountain Nature Park is a unique nature-based park where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, and other family outdoor activities,  just 3 miles from Tin Cup.   Golfers will love the location of Tin Cup, numerous courses within a 6 to 15-mile radius, including the nearby Springdale Resort Golf at Cold Mountain,  in Asheville, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. For a day off from outdoor activities, The Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville are just 20 miles from Tin Cup, making it a convenient base for exploring Western North Carolina. Tin Cup offers easy access to scenic back roads, allowing you to avoid the interstate and enjoy a more leisurely drive through the beautiful countryside.  Come explore!

Tin Cup is also pet-friendly, accommodating up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs each.

 A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee.  Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.   A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.
IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!

Important Guidelines for Your Stay
We strongly recommend that our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Mountain roads can often become impassable due to ice or snowfall. To ensure your safety and comfort, please be prepared with extra supplies such as food, beverages, and other essentials. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle for most properties. If you are not familiar with driving in snow or using tire chains, please avoid attempting to maneuver around mountain roads. Always observe local weather advisories for your safety.
Hot Tub Safety
Please note that NO GLASSWARE OR BOTTLES are permitted in or around the hot tub. Additionally, do not use bath bombs, additives, or any other substances in the hot tub, as they can damage the equipment and pose safety risks.
Fire Safety
NO FIREWORKS are allowed on the premises. Fireworks pose a significant safety risk and are a potential forest fire hazard.
Rental Agreement
This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. As part of your booking, you will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system. This agreement must be signed, and by doing so, you agree to be bound by its terms.
