Wood at an additional cost. 🚫 Parties prohibited — peaceful environment. Children 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult in the spa. Our stay was great. The accommodations were very comfortable and ideal for us with our dog. Highly recommended for a couple to get away for a quiet mini vacation.

Amazing would be an understatement for the accommodations, the host, the vibe of the room, everything. If we’re back in the area I would certainly be contacting them to stay again. Well done for sure!!

Un véritable petit coin de paradis! Un beau loft, très propre, et d’une belle grandeur pour un couple. On s’y sent bien dès notre arrivée! L’endroit est paisible, entouré de nature et parfait pour décrocher et se ressourcer. Le service est exceptionnel, tout est simple et parfaitement organisé. L’accès à la propriété et la récupération de la clé sans contact se font facilement, ce qui rend l’arrivée vraiment agréable et sans tracas. L’emplacement est également idéal, à proximité du parc de la Gatineau, du Casino du Lac-Leamy, du Nordik spa, ainsi que de nombreux beaux restaurants et de charmants petits cafés à découvrir. Un autre gros plus : les chiens sont acceptés! Je n’étais pas accompagnée des miens cette fois-ci, mais une chose est certaine, ils seront du voyage lors de mon prochain séjour! Bref, un endroit qui réunit tout ce qu’on recherche : la beauté, la propreté, le calme, un service impeccable et un emplacement de choix. Nous avons adoré notre expérience et nous recommandons ce loft sans la moindre hésitation. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a quiet getaway. The host was great and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Nice host. Great for exploring nearby park. Very quiet. This is a basement accommodation. Property is clean but a bit tired. A bit of a run down area. Might be better in winter. Had some trouble with electricity. No frills.

The welcoming lake view and deer surrounding the property were very nice. The location and host Pierre were fantastic. The fireplace and decor were really warm and welcoming. It would be good to possibly delineate parking spaces so that other people arriving didn't park covering multiple spots. Hot water remaining was a challenge on the first morning and a bathroom fan was loose in the ceiling so I let the host know and they responded and remedied it. The bed and sheets were wonderful and the place was very quiet once above neighbours settled for the evening. I slept well. It may be good to have toothpaste and conditioner also available in the suite to complement the shampoo. The fireplace was calming touch and appreciated as a focal point in the living room. I very much enjoyed the hot tub - maybe a little diagram on the wall could help a user know how to properly remove the cover, The tub was clean and appreciated! I was attending a conference in Ottawa so the traffic was a little challenge in the morning but it was worth the drive in to stay at Pierre's and escape the hotel feel. You can get beer and wine and snack foods at the nearby convenience store and there are many small places nearby to get take out or visit the Manchester pub restaurant about 10 minutes away. There's a firepit in the back, BBQ, etc. for a couples weekend away and lots of hiking nearby if you have time to enjoy it. I would definitely stay again and plan to enjoy the relaxing environment.
