"The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."

"The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. "The breakfast was over cooked and not edible. Tasted like it was warmed up from the day before. The hot tub was barely warm and did not work. The "heated" pool inside was freezing and the outside pool was out of order. The toilet had not been cleaned and the shower curtain was soured and had to be changed. They did not collect our trash the whole 3 nights we stayed. Would not give a refund when we asked the next morning after finding all this out after the first night. She told us we could...
