Summary:
Sensational Three Sisters views welcome you from this top floor, one bed plus den, 772 sq ft sanctuary. Enjoy the majesty of Three Sisters and Rundle Mountain from two private decks. Cozy up on chilly days and admire the views as you kick back in front of the fireplace. Year round outdoor pool and hot tubs, walking distance to beautiful downtown Canmore, 15 minutes drive to Banff National Park.Please note the den is not closed off to the rest of the condo, so it lacks a little privacy.

The Space:
We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).

Feeling peckish? The huge, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops has everything you need to cook up a storm, including complimentary fresh, locally roasted Eclipse coffee. Sleep soundly in the king bedroom with 5* hotel linens, TV, and private deck overlooking Three Sisters. Relax in the attached bathroom with walk-in shower and soaker tub, and complimentary local Rocky Mountain Soap Company lemongrass bath gel, rosemary mint Wild Kindness shampoo and conditioner, and Serenity bubble bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the second deck off the living room, with more of those sensational views. Bringing the kids or extra friends? There's a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a double sofa bed in the den. As mentioned earlier, the den is open to the rest of the kitchen and living space. With such a large space you can comfortably fit 4-5 adults or up to 6 with children. Complimentary parking in our secure, heated underground parkade (clearance height 6'5") means you can lock up your vehicle no matter what the weather. There is an EV charger in the parkade if you need it.

The heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs are a welcome place to revive sore muscles after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym in the building.

Canmore offers loads of opportunities for the adventurous and serene alike. Hike, bike, climb, ski, white water raft or canoe, and when you need a little downtime, settle with a picnic blanket and a book in a park besides the river in summer, or cosy up in front of the fire in winter.

Guest Access:
The condo is exclusive for your use. Pool and hot tubs are shared with other hotel guests. The only resource you cannot use is the front desk and the hotel staff.

The Neighborhood:
Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located in the main tourist condo area. The local bus is nearby, and there's a bus to Banff and Calgary close by. If you come by airport shuttle the stop is a couple of minutes up the road. This is a licensed, legal condo, so your Airbnb booking is assured. Coffee shops, liquor store, general store etc. are all 5 minutes walk away.

Getting Around:
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.

Other Things to Note:
Annual pool closure May 28th - June 6. Pool and hot tubs will be unavailable during this time.

Interaction with Guests:
We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Great unit. Hosts had the den area bed made up for us. Kitchen is well outfitted. Jacuzzi was popular after a day of skiing. Pool area was clean. We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. This is the seventh time our family has stayed at Blackstone Mountain Lodge. We think Canmore is a great town to visit and come to ski in Banff about every other year.

This is a nice, comfortable base to explore both Canmore and Banff. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary pans and utensils, and we were happy to find that there was an oven-safe pan so we could make one of our favorite dishes. We kept running into the same couple in the elevator when we'd get back from a day out exploring. It was kind of fun to give a synopsis of our day during the quick ride in the elevator. We are already talking about when we'll be back since we didn't get to see/do everything we wanted. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for a vacation in the Banff area. Easy parking. The condo is exactly as listed. We enjoyed the two decks and hot tubs. The bedroom was comfortable and the views were phenomenal. We didn't use the televisions, stove, or microwave. But the washer and dryer and dishwasher worked perfectly. The ice machine in the freezer was sufficient and we go through a LOT of ice. Shower is a bit tight, but it works and no problems at all. The absolute best experiences were sitting in the living room chairs to read with the mountain view, and sitting on the balcony decks for lunch or under the stars.

The property was as described, but it did not mention the breathtaking view from the bed! Nothing like looking out first thing in the morning and viewing the awe if the mountain ranges. A few little extras that made it truly feel like home. Thanks for the home away from home!

Everything was really good. The host had great communication and the condo was perfect. It was a busy weekend and our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parkade so parking was quite difficult but that’s to be expected on a long weekend. The price was a good value and I would book this again.

If you're vacationing to the Canadian Rockies, I'm not sure you'll find a better value than this! Communication with Jane before our stay was excellent. The check-in process was...well, there wasn't one to slow us down--just a parking garage code and room code. Couldn't have been easier! The unit was nicely furnished and stocked with most things anyone would ever need in the kitchen. Location is within walking distance of many restaurants, and grocery stores are about 1 km away. Access to the highway is easy. We never had a problem finding underground parking in the garage; there was even a stall to wash our car after we spent a day on gravel and dirt roads! We weren't aware ahead of time, but there are 3 Tesla wall chargers in the garage. We would have loved to be in Banff or Lake Louise, but for the price, we couldn't have asked for any more. If and when we return, this unit will be at the top of our list!

We flew from Greensboro, North Carolina to Calgary. We were all pretty tired from traveling. We emailed Jane, our property manager, who kindly said we could check in a bit early. Our accommodations were just as we expected. The kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike.The house was well stocked. It was so wonderful to be able to do our laundry right there. The children were older and each had their own sofa bed. We also loved reading on the two decks with beautiful Mountain View’s. We absolutely loved the location as well. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you all so much for providing such a great place to stay for our family!
