5. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
6. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
7. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
8. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
9. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #6 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #7 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation). 10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

The host, the condo, and the location were all perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed a quick girls trip and the condo provided us the perfect space to enjoy our time together, have our own rooms, plus being right in town close to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next stay!

This condo was well located close to downtown Canmore which allowed for easy walking to shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
The condo was easy to get to and the checkin process was simple and seamless. We found the unit to be very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Although we didnt cook anything, we found the kitchen to be well equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes.
The hosts made checkout super simple which allowed us to get in one more walk around Canmore before we left.

Very clean, bright, new, and really nicely decorated unit. The kitchen is very well equipped. Great communication with the hosts.
So convenient for walking to shopping and restaurants. Covered parking right behind the unit.
