Condo on Policeman Creek

Overall matched description in listing. Lots of codes to keep track of. Separate codes for garage entry, entry to each floor, and entry to unit. Biggest issue was on second night after returning after late dinner, unit entry code failed to work leaving us stranded outside the unit front door. It took 20-30 minutes for VRBO help line to contact manager, who had me go find a lock box with a key in it, which unlocked the door.

It did the trick, but...

The location was great for walking into downtown Canmore and quick interstate access, and came with a park pass! However, the place was dirty (dust and dried discharge on the toilet), became too hot even though the heat was off, and we ran out of toilet paper. Which sucked.

Nice little place with two spacious rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. Shampoo,conditioner,body wash available as well as coffee,tea,sugar. Even had a pack of microwave popcorn. Close to main Street so no need to drive once parked. Very good communication. Would definitely stay again

Great location

This is an excellent property and amazing location. Literally minutes from everywhere. Underground parking was a huge plus when it snowed (but the parking space was a little tricky). The condo is exactly as described and is typically equipped (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and major appliances including a washer and dryer). Beds were comfortable, lots of linens, wifi was great. It was a lovely place for the week.All my questions were quickly addressed by Wes, which was very helpful.Four out of Five for me because of my needs specifically - it was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the building quickly due to security (which is good) - but was tricky with a dog. There was only one door we could use to enter the building from the street due to passcodes. Having a passkey or keycard for the other doors would be hard to keep track, so I appreciate why it was set up this way, but it is why this ends in less than 5 out of 5 stars.

Great location and beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. We were two couples and an elderly dog. Close to everything and a comfortable unit with a great mountain view. Would definitely stay again.

BEWARE OF THE HOST - WES!!!!!

Please do not stay here!!! The host threatened me and my BFF who are two 60 year old ladies who just came to Canmore for two days to relax and hang out, not to party or start trouble. We had to call the police who had to wait in the room while we packed up and left late in the night and go to a hotel. VRBO did get us a hotel for that night at their expense, but it has been two days and have been trying to get VRBO to call me back and get a credit and talk with someone about this horrible experience - I cant get answers as to what is going to happen to this host so he cant do this again to guests and to ensure I am going to get a refund. The incident that led to this is so hard to believe, but let me assure all that are reading this, it started over the fact that I texted the host where to get the breakfast that is stated in the listing as "included". Just so you all know there is no breakfast - it is coffee and tea and the host says that is VRBO fault as that is how they list it.

An awesome location, a lovely view, and a great space.

We came to stay Oct 2-4, 2024. The unit was clean, had all the required amenities, and was in a wonderful location. Also greatly appreciated that I could bring my small dog!

Weekend getaway

Our family decided to have a weekend of hiking and paddling. Afterwards, the condo was a short walk to the man street in Canmore, where we hit restaurants, art shops, and beaver tails. Great location.
