"I loved everything about the hotel Zags. It’s close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar had great food and great service. It was actually a fun stay with s’mores over the fire pit, free arcade games, and entertainment on the patio. It was clean and trendy. You can even check out items like Roku sticks, bikes,and Polaroid cameras. I highly recommend this hotel on your next Portland stay!"

"Room seemed clean but decor is outdated and beat up, everything needs a little update. The hallways felt old and dated. The luggage cart and elevator combo were a little frustrating. It served our purpose of a last minute place to stay and we did receive a Mountain View on a high floor as promised but wouldn’t be running to stay here again. Staff were kind enough but didn’t give much direction of where to park or how to get to the room."

The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work.
This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station."

"I did not use the amenities that’s why I gave it a four star. The staff and everybody were great there. But, my license plate got stolen in their parking lot. So I had to return my rental car for another which took 2 1/2 hours out of my day."
