Esta hermosa propiedad de 5 estrellas frente al mar (Diamond # 3) se encuentra a solo 15 minutos al sur del aeropuerto de Cancún en un pequeño pueblo de pescadores llamado Puerto Morelos. Nuestra hermosa casa ha sido diseñada con 3,444 pies cuadrados con su comodidad en mente. Algunas de las comodidades son pisos de mármol, aire acondicionado de 9 toneladas, ventiladores de techo, centro de entretenimiento incorporado con TV de plasma de 42 pulgadas, encimeras de granito y tocadores, un plano de planta muy abierto con techos de 10 'a 20' y un bar interior privado. .
    Con el alquiler de esta lujosa casa, también tendrá acceso a una hermosa piscina de diseño personalizado y spa, estacionamiento privado semi cubierto privado. Aunque "no" necesita un automóvil para el transporte porque estamos ubicados en la ciudad y no en las afueras de la ciudad. Venga y disfrute de este lujoso alojamiento único y lujoso. Puerto Morelos ha sido llamada la joya escondida de la Riviera Maya. Este es el lugar para relajarse, ver el amanecer en la playa, conocer a los lugareños y simplemente tomar el cálido sol caribeño. We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Homes. Liz was extremely kind in reaching out to us to be sure our stay was perfect. She was a very kind host. The home was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the location was extremely quiet. We were able to get some much needed rest. The property is gated. We felt very safe at this location. The pool and grounds were always being cleaned. It was wonderful having the pool and beach right in front of the property. I was very impressed with this property.

Lovely and comfortable!

Check in was a breeze. Roger was waiting to open the gate for us. The property was immaculate. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the beach. There was pool toys and sand toys. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including bottled water. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay.

Our experience at this property exceeded expectations. The pictures on the website cannot display the beauty of the the interior and exterior of this property. The lighting is amazing due to the multitude of windows. The living room has high ceilings so it feels very spacious. All the bedrooms were clean and have excellent layouts, especially the master bedroom. There is even access to the rooftop for beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything you need. There are generous amounts of dishes, cups, cooking utensils, paper towels, spices, cooking spray, paper towels, tupperware, Ziploc bags and 5 gallon jugs of water that can be replaced when empty.There is a nice shaded area with seating just outside the kitchen that faces the ocean and adjacent to the pool. There is also a private beach section with 4 palapa umbrellas and plenty of lounge chairsYou have direct access to the beach. Speaking with locals, there is a lot of seaweed that is adversely affecting the beach experience. Fortunately, in front of this stretch of Puerto Morelos they have floating barriers that do an amazingly well job of keeping the seaweed away so the beach and swimming experience is wonderful. This is very fortunate because we walked just half mile to the left of the property and could see piles of seaweed accruing on the beach making it unusable. Would definitely book this property again. The local restaurants are wonderful and the area safe

Family Vacation

Great house and location for our two week vacation! The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasure as possible. The local people were super friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay

Property was amazing! Lots of room for 6 adults. Everything within walking distance and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Kitchen, living space and bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. Communication with owners was top notch and would highly recommend staying here. We will be back! 😊

Great for our Family Vacation

The location was great and the owners were amazingly attentive to our needs. Having the pool steps outside the door was amazing for the little ones! The restaurants in the nearby town was the highlight of the trip!

Great Place!

A beautiful pool side house with an incredible powder white sand beach steps away! A short walk (~5 minutes) to the downtown core with lots of great restaurants. to choose from. 3 large bedrooms each with comfy king size beds. Everything you need is there. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels etc. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Last-Minute Change of Plans

My partner and I were traveling with our kids for Spring Break. He and his son arrived in Puerto Morelos the day before I was to arrive with my kids. The initial condo we booked was a disaster. I frantically looked for a last-minute alternative. Luckily I found this great place - and it was available. The owners were super responsive and very well organized. They had a house manual with lots of information about the condo and the area. The location is perfect - you can easily walk anywhere for meals, groceries, shopping and entertainment. The condo was very clean and very well fitted for our needs. Sara checked in frequently to make sure everything was going ok. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Christmas Holiday

The condo was clean, bright, comfortable, and relaxing. Just steps from the pool and the beach. The owners were very responsive to the couple of small issues that came up. Everything was wonderful!!

Perfect relaxing beach location for a larger family or group.

We are a family of 4 boys 15, 17, 19, 20 and 2 parents. This was so perfect for us 3 king bed, 3 bathrooms and a huge space. The photo are very accurate the location is amazing! We walked into town each night for dinner and walked along the beach to the supermarket in the mornings. Ramon the on-site manager was amazing he set up our reef snorkeling boat trip which picked up right at our beach $20 each. Also a fishing trip $200 for 6 of us and told us where to book an ATV trip for cheaper than booking on line. The villa has a water cooler and the giant bottles get replaced for free, all you have to do is ask. So no need to carry water back from the store. The Air con worked great, the pool was super clean and the beach is so soft. We were there in July which is supposed to be off season but the weather was amazing. It did rain on us one lunch time but it was very quick and fun to play in the pool in the rain. The resort was super quiet and we had the beach to ourselves some days. I would absolutely return again.

Puerto Morelos dream vacation

It was a last minute decision but it was the right one! The owner responded quickly and everything worked out great. The location was ideal. The beach was superb. The property manager was available and friendly.

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos

This house is in a perfect location, right on the nicest part of the Puerto Morelos beach, walking distance to the town. The house is spacious and comfortable. Ramon, Rosendo and el Pollo were helpful and friendly onsite. We really liked Puerto Morelos town: small, laidback and far less developed than other areas on the coast. As well as having many restaurants, in the central plaza there is a shop that sells amazing fresh fish, and the Chedraui supermarket in town has everything you need. The photos show the outside of a number of houses on the complex, so check with the owner to clarify which one you are renting. We stayed at #3, which did not have a view from the veranda.

Beautiful

Beautiful place, within easy proximity to restaurants. We had a great time with our family and would definitely love to come back again. Very friendly locals and great service everywhere we went. The complex manager was very attentive, friendly and helpful in every way.

Fabulous property

Fabulous property. Plenty of space for three adult couples to spread out. Two bedrooms had en suite bathrooms one of the bedrooms had a bathroom right outside the bedroom. Perfect location. Right beside Unico bar. Could see the ocean from rooftop. View from main level slightly obstructed from other building. Beautiful pool! Just steps away from beautiful beach!!!! Would definitely return!!!!!

Awesome property, great location! Took a bit to find it but once we did we really enjoyed our stay. Robert allowed us to check in early and Ramon was very courteous and helpful once we got onsite. Can't wait to come back!

The perfect getaway in a perfect place!

We went to Puerto Morelos with two other couples for an escape from the frenetic weeks on Isla Mujeres during Semana Santa. It was the perfect spot! The villa is stunning! Architecturally, amazing, lots of light and beautiful vistas from patio and second floor master. Plenty of room for three couples to spread out without tripping over each other! Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer...I could have moved in there and been happy forever! The pool was perfect, and just steps from the beach, where there are comfortable lounge chairs and palapas. Next door is Unico Beach Club, lovely spot for cocktails, botanas and Happy Hour. It was a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. Hope to return soon.
