The apartment is private, only for guests. The entrance gate and parking is shared with the apartment upstairs.

It is literally a minute`s walk from public transportation to the beaches and anywhere in Cancun. Surrounded by the park, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, business centers, banks, super markets and shopping centers such as Plaza Las Américas and Puerto Cancún. In short, the best of Cancun just one step away.

Due to its location, the possibilities of moving from the apartment are unbeatable. On foot, you are one corner from the taxi and public transport. By car, you are already in the center and 5 minutes from everything. The beach, however close.

The park that joins the super block 4 allows a privileged mobility because through its connections with all the streets, one arrives walking quickly and almost under the shade, to cafes, restaurants, banks, oxxo, chedraui, business centers, centers commercial, stationery, etc.

If you are interested in renting bicycles, we will gladly recommend the closest ones.

The Hotel Oasis Smart, adjacent to the apartment, has a swimming pool. The cost is 500 pesos per day and is taken into account in consumption.

We are also happy to share with you our house rules. We are confident that by following them you will help us keep SUITE NUBE PARQUE as beautiful and comfortable for the next guests as you will find it for yourselves upon arrival.

Our rules are few and they are simple. Here they go:

-Check out: 11 am.

-Visitors are allowed, but no parties, no events, no additional guests other than those registered on the reservation.

-Be careful and responsible in the use of water.

-Be careful and responsible in the use of electrical energy: turn off air conditioners, lights and fans that are not in use when staying in the lodge and turn off all appliances, lights, fans and air conditioners when leaving.

-Keep windows and doors closed when air conditioners are in operation.

-The minimum temperature of air conditioners should be 22 degrees Celsius to keep them in good working order.

-Keep the grille closed.

-The smoking area is outdoors.

-Garbage is deposited in the black trash can at the entrance, and is picked up daily by our staff.

-Do not dispose of food scraps in the kitchen sink, as all our accommodations have garbage and organic waste containers in the kitchen.

-Immediately notify the hosts of any damage, dirt or problem in the accommodation, since our professional cleaning and maintenance staff is responsible for keeping SUITE NUBE PARQUE in optimal conditions and is available to meet any need of the guests.

-In case of damage caused by the guest, the cost of repair and/or replacement of infrastructure, towels, bedding, furniture, equipment, keys, padlocks and locks, will be charged through Airbnb.
