The property is located in the Zona Hotelera of Cancun Mexico surrounded by lush palm trees , swimming pool, restaurant Terraza.
Playground for children (ages 4-12 from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs).
Fully equipped condo/suite with two bedrooms within an exclusive condo/resort on the BEST BEACH in Cancun, in the heart of the hotel zone, ideal for vacations full of relax and entertainment on the Mexican Caribbean.
The property itself is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds; fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge and all necessary amenities. The home offers many forms of entertainment such as WIFI and TV with many channels. The property also counts with 24-hour security and surveillance. There is an onsite convenience and two grocery stores within walking distance.
Near the property, just a short distance by bus or car, are luxury malls called La Isla, Kukulkan Plaza and Marina Town Center, as well as famous clubs of Cancun, that combine live entertainment and music. There are also numerous restaurants in the area that serve both American style food, steak and seafood restaurants, and locals flavors.

Great location for family

This is a great location for a family trip to Cancún. The property is well maintained. Staff are very helpful! Easy access to grocery store and the beach. Owner is very responsive to any questions!

perfect beach

The resort is nicer overall than it appears in pictures. Villa was as pictured and comfortable , could use updating and dresser space needed in the 2nd bedroom. Patio was great, only a small water view but always shady, great spot to hang out. Overall we loved it and hope to return next year.

Perfect beach for families with small kids

We have stayed at this resort several times over the last few years but, this was our first time staying with Nick and Alejandra and our first time in this unit. The communication was great and they were very gracious hosts. The unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator access. Also, the only view is of the building next door. It’s not bad, it’s just not an ocean view but it was nice to sit out on the patio in the morning to get some fresh air. The reason we like the resort so much is the beach. The water is shallow, very warm and there are almost no waves (which is very different from many of the other beaches in Cancun). The sand is soft and doesn’t get hot. This makes it the perfect place to enjoy the ocean with small kids. There are also a good number of “Palapas” and beach chairs (for free). We never had a problem finding a place to sit (with shade) as long as we got to the beach before 10am. The condo is nice but could use some updating and remodeling. Our stay was comfortable and we had everything we wanted. Having a full kitchen was nice to eat some meals in the room and save some money. There is a really nice grocery store just two bus stops away (3 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking) and you can buy anything you need/want there. There are two restaurants on the property. One is only open for breakfast and the other only for lunch and dinner. There are both good and reasonably priced. The internet in the room was excellent. We had several devices connected at the same time and never had a problem. Also, having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We traveled much lighter knowing we could wash laundry in the condo as we stayed for 2 weeks. There was cleaning provided twice a week and we arranged for her to come during the day when we were at the beach. We had a very nice stay and would be happy to return! Thank you Nick and Alejandra!!

Quaint condo on beautiful beach

Well kept condo in nice vacation rental complex. We found staff to be very nice and check in check out went very smoothly. Complex had beautifully maintained grounds with easy beach access and incredible views. Had no issues with finding chairs or loungers. Nice restaurants with good staff. Excellent food. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was perfect for our party of 5. Suite is a little dated but clean with all amenities that you need. Has very limited ocean view, but nice balcony made it worthwhile. There was construction noise from neighboring property but overall great experience. Highly recommend this property.

Nice and convienent

We really appreciated our stay. Apartment is very comfortable with all furniture needed. Hotel and services are good. One large bedroom, 2 bathrooms and washing machine and dryer. Cleaning was twice a week, so very pleasant. Little bit disappointed by north orientation (not luminous) and a very partial view of sea and there's a building next to terrace (my mistake I didn't asked) We really enjoyed taking our dinner on the terrace. A table would be appreciate. Swimming pool, beach and restaurant at the beach are wonderful. Really nice stay.
