Situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the apartment features a lovely 25 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality 4-star hotel linen is provided (bedsheets, bath towels, kitchen towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190 cm)/ a single bunk bed
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For your convenience, you’ll also have access to the following amenities: washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, and a high chair for a baby.


The apartment is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a local market.

Transport:

If you’re arriving by car, you can park for free at the Bd Thiers parking lot (60 spaces), just a 10 minutes walk away, or in the outdoor parking areas in the town center. Port parking areas are paid.

For other modes of transport:
- Nearest train stations: La Gouesnière (5 km) or Saint-Malo (16 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 km)
