Quirky house, that took some getting used to, i did contact the agent/ owner the day before to say there was an extra adult , so as it was 3 bedrooms, there didnt seem to be any problems ? But only 2 rooms were made available, so the 3rd person decided to sleep on the couch. The slide bolts on the outside of the bedroom doors was unsettling as well.
Not sure about the chickens in the front yard? And we were concerned about snakes, i did need to give the birds water on a couple of occasions, and they were a bit smelly. Parking could have been better. The bed in the second room, although very comfortable 😌, was super squeaky, and although it was funny 😁 it did keep others awake. That said there were many positives ! The kitchen was well equipped, the fridge was huge, it was 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to be, the yard although smallish, was safe and enabled our own dogs to stretch their legs and there were No issues with neighbouring pets.
The lounge chairs were comfortable etc. For the price paid, it served its purpose really nicely,
So quirky but comfortable, it needs to be remembered, this is someones home, not a motel ! We would book it again, thank you for having us and our multitude of 4 legged mutts.
