Secluded, clean and newly updated home and furniture on 10 acres!
The home has 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with open floor plan and huge basement to spend time with friends and family. Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views from the second floor wooden deck or walk around the trails on the property to enjoy nature.
A beautiful nature retreat with all the comforts of home. Centrally located and just 10 minutes away from the lake, town center, hiking spots and wineries.
The space
Our goal is that you feel right at home in Canandaigua! Home is located 10 minutes from lake, main street, wineries and neighboring towns with plenty of things to do. Home has open floor plan in entry floor and huge walkout basement for entertaining!
This house is very clean, well equipped and newly renovated with all new furniture. You can enjoy the inside of the home as much as the outdoors.
The home has 4 total bedrooms- 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs with a master bedroom downstairs with an additional full bathroom and half bath. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Pictures are accurate and newly updated.
The kitchen and family room area are ideal for mornings and evenings with family while enjoying the beautiful views from the back deck. The home also has a very spacious family room downstairs with plenty of entertainment for children and walkout to the backyard.
The property has 10 acres and mowed trails. It is great to go through with mountain bikes or simply walk the trails and enjoy the wildlife. There are also soccer goals on the property to enjoy a friendly family game of soccer.
No pets allowed.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home including basement entertainment area. There is storage area in the basement that will be closed off to guests.

This home offers plenty of room indoor and outdoor to enjoy the home however you want. Views from the deck and from the trails are breathtaking.

PLEASE READ- There is plenty of wildlife and flora to enjoy outdoors. We ask that guests remain on our property when traveling through the trails . Guests are enjoying the outdoor amenities at their own risk and must understand the risks of hiking the trails. Please note there is a lot of wildlife on our trails including deer, rabbit, coyotes and foxes just to name a few. Guests are not allowed to hike the trails at night. No outdoor animals or plants should be brought inside the home at any time.

Our group of 8 had a great stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a short drive to downtown Canandaigua (Main St with lots of shops, restaurants, waterfront park and kayaking/paddle boards). It is a 35-45 minute drive to get to the start of the wine trails on Keuka and Seneca Lakes as well. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We are a group of college friends who get together every summer. We enjoyed the open concept in the house which allowed us to enjoy great meals and conversation together. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The house was very clean. We drove the short distance into Canandaigua to spend time at the lake and had dinner out. It was a lovely trip! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect spot for our wedding weekend!

Everything was perfect! Beds are super comfortable and the back deck was perfect for relaxing! Quiet and peaceful area but close to Canadaigua!

Clean, Beautiful, and Convenient!!

This property was BEAUTIFUL, from the inside and out. We spent a long weekend here to cheer on two of the runners for a local race and this place was the perfect house to stay. Only around 5-10 minutes from town which allowed for us to visit the local breweries/restaurants and shop for last minute groceries. When relaxing at the house, we loved how we were all able to gather in the kitchen/living area and basement so we could all be together. Not to mention the perfect weather allowed for us to play cornhole outside and enjoy the deck. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!
