"To begin, on the services the hotel offers it says pick up at the airport but I called to ask for that service ans the woman who attend me says they did not have it and that she "have no clue" of what I was saying. Then I arrived and she kind of mock me because of the call, she recognized my voice and make jokes about the call asking for pick up. The breakfast is the same everyday. We only stay for two days instead of the whole week, almost $500 for only two days cause they don't want to refund...

"What a bonus when visiting family. Absolutely a beautiful hotel, they brought me ice at 11:30 pm to my door and a pot of coffee at 7:00 am. I felt like I was in New York. They also had bicycles for guests and it was so fun to ride around this cute small town and soak it up. You must stay here!!!"

"This hotel is a hidden gem. Unexpected quality and luxury in a small rural Ohio town. I have travelled extensively and this hotel is one of the best I have experienced. Had a great dinner at hotel restaurant as well. "

"The room was nice, clean and a good amount of space. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the option of a firm or soft pillow. We enjoyed the large selection of breakfast items. The veggie omelet was my favorite!"

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Never saw a cleaning person, it’s like they were ninjas. Everything was beautiful and the staff even helped with making sure the wedding guests all were given things in preparation for the wedding and they didn’t have to do that. It is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!!!"
