"Clean room, little extras in the room (bathrobe, drinking glasses both in bathroom and living area, coffee and mugs, slippers, hand soap, face cloths). These seem like standard hotel offerings but in my experience (at least on Phu Quoc island), not all of these are offered in rooms. Pillows were nice and fluffy and mattress was not overly firm. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage. Staff were helpful when needing to go from airport to hotel and back as they have heir own client...

"I had a great stay at Luxury Royal Landmark 81 & Vinhomes. The room was lovely and clean just like on photos. The host was really friendly and recommended me a lot of good places to eat. I got there late at night and it was easy to check in by myself. I really appreciated a couple of water bottles in the fridge I didn't need to worry about when I got there late. The room has everything you need and they are happy to provide you anything extra anytime. Thank you!"
