The Space & Layout
Casa Nakhla spans two full floors, each with a private entrance; perfect for multi-family getaways or groups desiring a mix of togetherness and privacy.
Capacity: Accommodates up to 11 guests comfortably in 5 bedrooms, with convertible sofas and inflatable mattresses available for up to 5 additional guests.
Main Floor (3 Bed / 2.5 Bath): Features a large fully renovated kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, an office, and a laundry room. The master suite boasts a luxury Axor shower system, numerous windows, and a private balcony for stargazing and catching unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. A wrap-around balcony extends ocean views across the entire floor.
Lower Floor (2 Bed / 1.5 Bath): Includes a living room with a pool table, a kitchenette, and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean.

SECURITY NOTE
The property is monitored by 15 motion-activated exterior cameras providing 360° coverage of the gate, garage entrance, driveway, pool area, rear yard, terrace, water reserve, and pool-equipment pad. A smart doorbell is also installed. Cameras are in visible areas and cover the property exterior only, including the pool area. There are NO cameras or recording devices inside the property — your indoor privacy is completely protected.

All complimentary amenities for stays of 7 nights or longer are subject to availability and may vary based on scheduling, weather conditions, or equipment maintenance. The outdoor movie night experience requires suitable weather conditions (no rain or high winds) and is scheduled with coordination with the host during your stay. Loss of power and/or water may occur due to natural events or local utility issues beyond the host's control. The host provides a whole house generator and water reserve to mitigate disruptions; however, the host cannot be held accountable for such events and is unable to provide refunds if mitigation resources are exhausted.
