There were little to no towels available. Although I did see staff, trying to keep up with the demand. I did see staff picking up towels trying to get them washed. However, the towels were definitely thin, worn and not enough available. "

"This is a beautiful new hotel with garage parking, a great breakfast, friendly staff, and locates in the beautiful city of Post Falls. The entire property was very clean and the layput of the rooms is amazing! There is a great lounge area with cool little patio if you like to sit outside. "

"This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty."
