"Cool for the price"

"The check in staff Jacob was excellent. He gave me the names for all the front desk and maintance man. Informed of breakfast and where the dinning room was. The next two mornings I was given the choice of ordering a hot breakfast. It was cooked to perfection. The dinning room staff was very attentive. I had mosquitos fly into my room. I called the front desk and the maintance man came and sprayed my room. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was close to my room. It was very quiet around...

"This is my go to cheap and cheerful hotel for a quick weekend stay in palm desert. The hotel is an excellent location. It is no frills but it is always clean. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of free parking. The pool is very small so beware of that. Memorial weekend we tried to go to the pool on three separate occasions and it was so full we couldn’t get in with our bumping into to other people are children. If you don’t care about pool time, then I highly recommend this hotel."

"Property was conveniently located for our needs and our room was well appointed. Staff is excellent. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets are not soft, nor did they stay on the bed. The king mattress was too big for the box spring and made horrible sounds everytime you sat or moved on it. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Air conditioning was loud. Manager adjusted the price on our room for inconvenience, which is why I gave hotel overall 4 stars instead of 3, staff get...

"Friendly and very good value for money with boutique feel. Nice location on lake and scenic views with nice dining patio. Room facilities were fine but some guidance on use of tv and basic Keurig would be appreciated. Wifi was down thanks to a motorist hitting a pole in neighborhood but not in any way the Hotel’s fault."

"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."
