One of the worst stays I can ever get in a villa with pretty pictures. Don’t go by the pictures. I landed late night with no option to go for another place. In the heat of 38deg, the AC was for the show. Had to ask for a pedestal fan. They didn’t even have a stock of water bottle to buy. Had to go one mile at 1230am walking next to the hospital to get the water. Moroccan breakfast was one egg with bread and jam. It’s a No No ..absolute waste of money and I should get a refund for inconvenience

We arrived at the Riad late on Friday 22nd November. The reception staff Isham was excellent and very welcoming. We were provided with a cup of mint tea and an overview of the Riad and its facilities. It is fair to say that it has only been opened a short time, however it was clear that customer service is everything. We didn't want for anything and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered some activities to do and went with a guide on the Saturday around various famous land marks, which was interesting. We also booked the Hammam experience within the hotel on the Sunday, however they were having some issues and we were not able to do it. We were offered alternative option elsewhere, however chose to book one ourself, which was excellent and worth doing. Overall we had an excellent stay at Yacouta Riad and Spa I would thoroughly recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the bonus breakfast was welcoming.

Lovely stay at Riad WOW! The hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommended!
