Guests have access to entire home, their own front deck space as well as the back patio deck. Guests can also access cedar barrel sauna by appointment to ensure a private experience. We are just a call or text away if you require anything.

Located directly across from the water and an old decommissioned boat launch—great for kayakers and SUP boarders—our home serves as a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Kayak, SUP board, or stroll on the pebble beach. At low tide, you can even walk out to the coral reef! For surfers, the town's best surf spot is right in front of the house. Warm up in the sauna afterward or watch the action from the deck.

Property is a side by side duplex; guests or homeowners may be in neighbouring side which is a completely separate home. Each home is very private with their own separate entrances and amenities. The home was renovated for maximum sound proofing between both sides and the outdoors.

NOTES:

There are external cameras on the property for security purposes. Each home has a ring door bell camera as well as a roof camera that shows only parking lot and larger backyard area. It is triggered by motion and sends short clips. Cameras are only on the exterior.

Cancellation fee of 8% applies to cancellations to cover admin and payment processing fees that we are charged.

This property uses noise aware - Noise aware is a privacy safe, smart home device, that measures noise levels during what is considered quiet times. This is NOT a recording device nor does it have the capacity to transmit audio- it works solely based on measuring "decibels". The main purpose is to prevent parties.

Please note that a signed rental agreement is required as well as a check-in form with an uploaded copy of government issued ID that matches the booker. This is to prevent fraud and security issues.
Please respect privacy of neighbouring unit by not entering the deck on the other side or the side of the property.
No smoking allowed- security deposit will be charged if evidence of smoking
No candles allowed inside the home
No events or parties
No pets allowed unless explicitly set up prior to check-in- (fee may apply)
Quiet time between 10:00pm and 8 am to respect our neighbours
Please follow posted rules as we are on septic system.
Please no lighting of candles.
Always ensure gas fire table, fireplace etc are off when not in use and at check-out
Please do not leave garbage outside (to prevent bears from visiting)

Fun Girls' Weekend

The property was very good. It was well stocked with all we needed. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.It was not possible to use the fire table because the wind kept blowing out the flame. Having the table tucked in where the BBQ is would be a better spot as it is protected from the wind.Also, the legs under the bed on the right at the end of the hall are damaged. The supporting post is leaning.Thanks for everything!!

Great property!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this seaside property. The ocean is just right across the street. On a decent day you could see the snow caps on the mountain ranges! Even though we have been living on the island for the past 4 yrs, we are still amazed at the beautiful landscape and nature.Communications with our host has been easy and very responsive. The property is in great condition and well designed. It had everything we needed to make it feel cozy and comfortable. The location of the property is great. Very short drive to downtown Campbell River, Elks Falls, and the North Island Wild Life Centre and Comox.

Amazing!

Our family of 6 adults had a very comfortable stay in this VRBO. Attention to detail, comfortable seating, lovely decor, soundproofing, kitchen with everything we needed. I can’t say enough. We will definitely come again.

Great getaway

The property was very nicely appointed. We didn’t get around to utilizing the sauna or deck fireplace. We were greeted with an unexpected lovely welcome basket. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and nice amenities. Definitely recommend.
