"Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. I woke up the next morning and they had BUILT WALLS where there was prevously doorways and everything was under construction for the next 4 months. "Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving."

"Terrible!! Paid for parking garage. never received parking pass. So we had to park almost 15 mins away. They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund. ALSO airplanes and trains go by about every 5 mins its EXTREMELY LOUD."

"Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost."
