The house accommodates 14 people: 6 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with views of the surrounding nature; a 40m² living room with a large fireplace, a grand piano, and a foosball table; a dining room for 14 that can be converted into a seminar room; a large, fully equipped kitchen; smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a large library for all guests, board games; a balcony and terraces; a large garden with a trampoline. Ample free private parking for 12 cars.

The swimming pool is a proper lap pool: 15m x 4m, and also a relaxation area with two south-facing terraces and garden furniture.

A large terrace with a pergola and griddle can accommodate 14 people for outdoor dining. There is also a private picnic area along the river.
The Bidouze River flows past the house, with its towpath perfect for running, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, or simply a peaceful stroll.
