Great location by land or water. 35MM of the Osage just minutes from on the water restaurants and summer fun. This totally updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is sure to please. New kitchen with all the necessities for your vacation. Plenty of room for all your family and friends with 4 bedroom and new bathrooms. You will enjoy easy access to the dock from steps or tram, in the hammock, or at the table having lunch. Swim platform and diving platform for all the fun. It's a great place to hang out and enjoy all of the beauty of Lake of the Ozarks. Oh and did I mention the view from the large entertaining deck or the sun porch right off the living room. Take a look you won't be disappointed.

This property is more stunning than it appears in pictures. There was plenty of room for four couples, and the bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible; the screened in porch was our spot for morning coffee, card games, and resting between outings on the lake. The private dock was our next favorite spot- we spent hours fishing, swimming, and jumping off into the lake. We rented a boat at the marina less than five minutes away, and were easily able to tie up to the dock. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the added touch of the tram was fantastic for taking coolers up and down. We loved our stay!

Beautiful lakeside home.

Beautiul lakeside home that exceeded our expectations. The dock was a hit with the grandkids and the tram was a huge plus. Home was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

We had wonderful family time at this beautiful property. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the patio are fantastic. After an issue at check in was resolved, all went well. The property manager was responsive. Overall a great stay and fun time at the lake.

Perfect Property on LOZ!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location for a family trip. The house was perfect for us. The views are amazing. We floated in the lake, made family meals and just enjoyed our getaway. Would love to stay in this location again next year!

Great view!

We had an amazing stay! The house is fully stocked for a comfortable stay. We had kids ranging from 2-11 years old and everyone had a blast. Great view of the lake, dock was super fun to swim off of, and the lily pad/jumping platform was so fun. The house itself was even more spacious than the pictures make it seem. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Surpasses expectations

The house was extremely comfortable, it is updated and makes the Ozarks even more enjoyable. Upon arrival, there is ample parking including shade for vehicles. A walk around back creates an awesome view of the lake , a tram or walk down stairs to the dock for dock or swim time . Inside the house is a well appointed kitchen , large kitchen table and family room. Beyond the family room is a screened in deck, this was great as insects can be difficult. All rooms and bathrooms updated. The dock has everything you need ,only slight issue is that it’s on the main channel which can get rocky during busy times. I would stay here each visit to the Ozarks .

Best views on the lake!

Has everything you need and more! Beautifully updated property with the best views. Great family hangout area. Loads of room for a large group. Location is fantastic, close to anything you could need/want. Super clean, will definitely be back!

Perfect Spring Break Family Retreat!

Centrally located, nearby and on-site activities to keep the whole family entertained! Some key highlights of our trip where swimming, fishing, views, exploring, caverns, Springfield Aquarium at Bass Pro, Sunrise Beach Safari, and a short ride Branson. Would definitely recommend for family's and friends. A few of our favorite restaurants where Stewart's Restaurant Greenview, Shorty Pants, and Casagerotto Pizza. Thanks for a great time!

Thanksgiving Weekend 2023

This is a great place to stay. A lot of thought was put into the updating, decorating and furnishhing. We had six adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and plenty of places for people to be alone. The view of the lake was stunning. There is a huge deck and a tram to the dock. The children said that they loved "fishing" off the dock the best. Lots of good memories made during this Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you.

Family Get Together

Our group was 8 senior adults. This was our 6th family get together at the Lake over the last 10 years. This property worked very well for us. It is a very nice property. Great location both in terms of local activities and proximity to the lake. Although the property is lake front, the house sets up the hillside giving fantastic views of the lake. The photos don't do this justice. Overall, the property was very clean, well maintained, and with well equipped kitchen. Spacious living area that easily accommodated the 8 of us. Everyone in the group was very impressed how nice everything was and agreed this property would be at the top of our list for our next get together. Thanks for letting us stay there.

"Framily" Getaway

We wanted to take friends of ours that are going through a very difficult life struggle on a peaceful getaway. This location didn't disappoint. The screened in porch and dock afforded an amazing view of the lake that were truly amazing! The house itself was beautiful.....updated and well stocked with anything we could have needed. We encountered a small challenge with the plumbing while we were there but the owner/manager responded immediately and got it taken care of within hours of our call. We would DEFINITELY rent this house again!!! Delightful experience all around!!

Spectacular

We have stayed at the lake for 20 years at different rentals. This place was amazing!! The view is the best on the Lake. The house is open and newly remodeled. An absolute beautiful house with a fully stocked kitchen. We cooked dinner every night and the huge dinner table came in handy for dinner and games. The tram was a huge plus. The stairs are not bad at all but let’s be honest we are on vacation and the tram was an added bonus. The neighbors are the best. They gave us fresh tomatoes and we enjoyed our visits with them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the house. We will definitely stay here again. By far our favorite place!!
