Renovated lakeside cabin with pool & resort amenities!

Niangua Hills Resort, located on the 5MM of the Big Niangua at the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, offers the ease of booking a vacation rental with the desired amenities of staying at a resort. We are under new ownership, as of March 2022, and have undergone a complete renovation, with more still to come! Guests will be able to relax in this no wake cove, fish in our enclosed fish house and swim the day away from our swimming platform.

You'll welcome being close to great Lake area activities, while having peace and quiet on the resort property! Family friendly restaurants and swimming pools can be enjoyed at Captain Ron's and the new The Cave Bar & Grill, both just around the corner via boat or vehicle. The fishing here is great since we are located at the confluence of the Big Niangua River and the Little Niangua River. The Lake of the Ozarks is well known as one of the best fishing destinations in America! For guests looking to enjoy nature, you can hike trails and see the castle ruins and one of Missouri's best state parks, Ha Ha Tonka, just a short 20-minute drive away. Whether you love fishing, hiking, water skiing, boating, swimming, live music, shopping, kayaking or reading a book in the shade, you will find it all here, at Niangua Hills Resort.

Nonsuch Cabin #3 is named in honor of one of the former Lake area towns, sunk in the depths of the lake during its creation. This cabin has a sweeping view out over the quiet cove the resort rests in. Guests will enjoy the private deck overlooking the water.

You will sleep soundly in the new, king bed, in the main bedroom. Additional sleeping space can be found in the living room, on the full-size sleeper sofa.

Renovations will begin soon and starting at season's opening in 2023, guests will enjoy a 100% renovated space to include a new kitchenette, a new bathroom, new floors, and new paint.

This cabin is not pet-friendly. If you desire bringing your pet on vacation, please reserve a pet-friendly cabin, as noted in the description.

Additional resort amenities guests have access to include a newly upgraded playground, an enclosed fish house, a large community swim dock, lots of green, outdoor space, and amazing sunsets. Amenities provided at additional costs include daily kayak and paddle board rental and use of the boat ramp and covered boat slip. Call the resort at 573-873-5375 or email to learn more.

Wi-Fi is currently not available, although will be installed as soon as it becomes available. Guests are encouraged to use this time to truly unwind.

By Memorial Day 2023, guests will also be able to enjoy our swimming pool and shortly afterwards, the addition of a lakeside beach. What more could you ask for in a lake vacation?!

Great Fall Get Away

My husband and I wanted to spend some time hiking, kayaking and relaxing before heading to Branson for a week of taking in shows! This place was perfect!! It was clean, cute and comfortable! Check in process was super easy and communication was excellent!! Loved the little deck over looking the lake! So peaceful!

Weekend getaway

We had an awesome time here. The place was so very clean and neat. The cabin was the perfect size for us. The bed is very comfortable. It has everything you need!!!!!! This resort has such a history and awesome feel to it. My wife said it reminded her of the place in Dirty Dancing!!!! We are planning a summer and fall weekend here next year. We loved it here!!!!!

Nice little throw back in time. The resort is well maintained and the cabins are wonderful. Only caution is that it is built on a steep hill side and requires care getting from cabin to lake.

Quiet and relaxing getaway

I'm not familiar with what the resort and cabin looked like previously, the current ownership has truly put in a lot of love for these renovated cabins. Just as pictured, refurbished beautifully with everything you need, some of the fluffiest towels I've ever used! Very quiet overlooking the lake, had an amazing time. Will be back!

Cabin was cozy. Lakeside view with beautiful scenery

Rent this property was simple and easy. Amanda was a wonderful host and easy to contact. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend this for a weekend getaway.
