CAMBO, C349: T2 Bis (1-bedroom apartment), in a beautiful contemporary villa in the hills above Cambo, spacious ground-floor apartment with all modern comforts, 1 bedroom and a large sleeping area, shower room, separate WC, separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, large garden equipped with table and chairs and barbecue overlooking the countryside with no overlooking neighbors, 4 km from the town center and thermal baths. Parking.
Internet access. No pets allowed. No smoking. No charging for electric or hybrid vehicles. It is forbidden to charge such vehicles in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-bedroom apartment): €66.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
