-It is not a tourist resort. Its a local resort -Wouldn’t visit again First and foremost, you wont feel you are in a cancun resort like Hilton or paradise etc. it’s a local pool park. Food: Buffet food is below low. Low selection and mostly not appealing nor appetizing. 1 out of 5 Asian and italian restaurants are 4 out of 5. Food tasty and good. American restaurant is below low. Food so blend! You have to pay for one of the restaurants. Room service is EXTRA CHARGE. Funny fact: NO ICE CREAM IN THE WHOLE RESORT LOL. Alcohol: All alcohol drinks don’t taste good. Place is good from inside but so old and outdated from outside. Room: Good except the shower that is very old and rusty! Beds are not so clean. Even after they come to clean it up. Over all i wont be coming back to this resort or even recommend it to friends and family.

Arrived early, could not receive room until 4:00 due to the fact that it was still being cleaned, after receiving room we found stained bed sheets, a dead bug on the bed, and must’ve been the previous guests hair in the shower, notified staff and they came up for an entire reclean as we stood there and waited, the next day we entered our room at 4:30 after leaving it at 10am to go to the pool and came back to it not being cleaned and stood there as cleaners came up, this resort is not to kids friendly as there is not much for the kids to do the only great thing about this resort is that the steak house and Chinese restaurant were great, personally would not go back, as we’ve been to many other resorts and have not had these issues
