We arrived in Kensington Apartments on the 2nd of August.
The first impression was terribl: we called to be sure that the room was ready and they told us to call another person, which was really mean.
Once arrived the first thing we noticed was that the room wasn’t the one in pictures, but it was different and not as tidy as it seems on internet.
We were in a triplete and there was two room (a proper room and a living room made up as a room). We went to sleep and in half an hour the two girls in the bed room realized they were covered of bugs. We took the lines of and many bugs went out. We killed about 40 bugs and more and more were coming out.
It was 3 a. m. but sleeping there was unbearable. We called the receptionist and she firstly said us she couldn’t do anything till morning, then, when we insisted, she came out with the idea of changing our apartment.
We moved in Las Palamos Apartments (in Palma Nova) at 4.30, once arrived we took a shower and one of the girl had the bugs in her hair. Terrible.
Even if the solution came fast, the problem it self shouldn’t exist. Also because there were so many bugs and there were signs in the structures of the beds, so the bugs have been there probably for a long time and I can’t understand how they pretend to do not have noticed them.
