There are two rooms, each furnished with a french bed (measuring 200 cm in length) and a shower/WC along with a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there are two more rooms, each containing two beds (100 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and a flat-screen TV.

The villa features a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
