In addition, the villa offers direct access to the ecological trail that links Calpe, Benissa and Teulada-Moraira, allowing you to explore the natural beauty of the region in a unique way. A short distance from the villa, along this ecological path, you will find Calpe's charming Cala del Mallorquí, a small cove that combines sand and stones, ideal for snorkelling, providing an unforgettable natural corner for your moments of relaxation.

Starting on the first floor, you will discover the jewel in the crown: a suite with a bathroom worthy of royalty, complete with a Jacuzzi and a spa-style shower that invites you to relax and enjoy luxury at its finest. Furthermore, on this floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, providing the perfect space for your guests or loved ones.

Relaxing stay in stunning house on the seafront

We were a family of 4 and had the most wonderful stay. The house is everything it appears in the photos and more. The pool is delightful and was where we spent most of the time. The views from almost all the rooms are uninterrupted sea views. There is a fabulous coast path which runs in front of the house, but you can’t see people passing. You can walk for miles in both directions along it, to Calpe centre or all the way to Moraira. Fab house, fab location.

Awesome experience

Awesome family experience, the property was in very neat condition, David who was renting and managing this property was a great resource for our trip, very approachable, humble and great man, smooth process, would rent again when in the area.
